GoogleI highly recommend Annan to anyone looking to either sell or buy a property. Michael and Fraser’s level of communication throughout the whole process of first buying and then selling our own property was second to none. We were provided with useful insight into the market conditions which enabled us to make a swift decision when both purchasing and selling. They are true professionals at what they do and following our recent experience, I would definitely partner with Annan again in the future.

GoogleI would highly recommend Annan estate agents and their solicitors team when selling my property. We originally had our house on the market for 9 months with another estate agent and decided to switch to Annan based on a recommendation from friends and family and their record of sales in the area. They managed to sell our property within weeks and helped us purchase our new family home. I cannot thank them enough. They took care of everything. Michael Annan and his team was available to help us evening and weekends and pick up the out of hour viewing requests and responded immediately to viewing enquires. The level of service was second to none! You will not find another estate agent like them.

GoogleArrived at a property to view and was told it had been sold also Annan was supposed to contact everyone advising of this. Well in the same day they sent an email confirming the appointment then later sent an email cancelling the appointment which would be fine if you were looking at your emails all day with sod all else to do. Said they had phoned and couldn't get in touch, you'd think they would keep trying until they have a response. That's over an hour of my life, mileage and petrol usage that I won't get back.. Having looked at earlier reviews I honestly don't know why anyone would sell their property through this mob.

GoogleI can't recommend Blair and his team at Annan highly enough! I found my dream home before my flat was on the market, and it sold within 6 working days, with impeccable support, and everything was able to move into conveyancing within 2weeks of my first contact with Blair!

TrustpilotExcellent agent
We used Annans to sell our house last year and I have to say we were delighted with their serviceEveryone we dealt with went out of their way to help and nothing was too much botherMichael the owner in particular was amazing. He helped not only get us a great price but with emergency building work we needed done.We were very impressed with their local knowledge and helpful attitude. We have bought and sold several homes in the past and from this I would rate Annan estate agents as outstanding.I don’t often write reviews but feel outstanding service should be recognised

GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience with Annan. The property we were renting was covered in mould which subsequently ruined a lot of our belongings and took a toll on our health. We have emailed several times and stating that we wanted to make a formal complaint with no formal reply. We have been continuously ignored and had a rude email from the owner Michael, who accused our lifestyle of being the cause of the mould. Terrible customer service.

GoogleArranged a viewing with Annan Solicitors to see a property they were marketing. Travelled 10 miles to do so and on arrival the owner tells me the property is already sold !! No contact from either the solicitor partner who emailed confirmation of viewing or the administrator who also confirmed viewing by email. I called the administrator while I was there and he had no detail whatsoever of the sale. He also stated the owner / partner might call me to apologise. He didn’t !! Terrible service and communication. Avoid.
