GoogleHouse sold within 2 weeks. Fraser did predict this. I was absolutely delighted as it had been a very stressful 7 months and I didnt think the house would sell so quick (we were downsizing). Fraser knows his local housing market very well and being based in Portobello was easy to travel to to hand in keys etc. Highly recommend.

Having never sold a house before Michael made this experience extremely less stressful. He was always at the end of the phone during the whole thing, very efficient and put me at ease! I can’t recommend Annan enough. I had quotes from other estate agents which were completely out of control, but the pricing with Annan is very fair and reasonable. We managed to sell my flat in less than two weeks, Michael kept me updated throughout and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you!

They managed to get our property on the market very quickly, working together 24/7, even over the Easter holiday weekend arranging viewings which resulted in our flat selling the following day. They really are a great team. We really felt we were in safe, competent hands. Michael and the team at Annan couldn’t have been more helpful in securing the property I was buying and subsequently selling mine. They communicated all steps of the process, keeping my mind at ease. The property photography and marketing was of an extremely high quality and they turned it around and got it on the market very quickly. We accepted an offer from a buyer significantly over the home report. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I used Annan to sell my late mother’s house. The help and advice I received from Michael and his team was invaluable. From the start coming to the house and setting out the selling process, all the necessary steps eg home reports, valuation getting the house ready for selling. With the excellent advise and the professional way everything was handled we had offers and were able to except one, with the sale taking less than 2 weeks.

I have used Annan for selling my last couple of properties. I have found them to be excellent to deal with. They respond very quickly to any queries and because they are a small team, you don’t get passed about from one department to another. It is a minefield deciding which estate agent to use and I can honestly say that I would not go past these guys now. They know the market well and I have never had any issues with them, in comparison to having dealt with some of their competitors previously.

GoogleEveryone at Annan was amazing for us. Especially since our sale was quite complicated and drawn out due to the buyer's hesitation. But Fraser answered all of our questions promptly and gave sound advice to us as first time sellers. The fact their fees were exactly as stated and nothing was a hidden cost was a big help. We will definitely be using their services for when we buy and we would highly recommend Annan as a company.

Excellent experience using Annans. Very professional and personable people to deal with. Just before property was due to go on the market we suddenly had to pull it for family reasons. Michael was completely understanding. Several weeks later we were good to go. Fraser & Calum carried out the viewings. I was kept up to date with progress. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would have no hesitation recommending this business.

We got ready for listing our property in the run up to Christmas 2022 - not the preferred period of time in the year but nevertheless we were ready to go. We discussed selling options with a number of other estate agencies and solicitors but Annan came out on top, offering by far the best service. And they did not disappoint! Fraser and Calum were a fantastic duo from the Annan team to guide us through the process to get the property listed. Property went on the market on 11 January and by Burns` Night we accepted a great offer. From there their solicitor team got our sales process sorted without a glitch; everything went smoothly and we are very happy with this experience. We would highly recommend Annan to anyone buying or selling. We will definitely be calling them again in the future. Thank you!

Calum was in contact with me through the whole sale answering emails and queries even on his day off! Very professional guys who secured a sale for me in 12 days. If I was in a position again to be selling a property I would definitely use Annan's again. Service from start to finish was amazing.
