Great service and always available to respond and support us throughout the selling process. We sold within a week, viewings were well managed and Calum was in contact continuously including evenings and weekends .

Outstanding experience from start to finish. I was staggered at how personal and tailored the whole process was. I’d highly recommend Michael Annan, he knows the Portobello market inside out. He helped me achieve a high sale value at a time when the markets were plummeting.

GoogleGreat service and reasonable cost compared to other estate agents. Communication was very thorough and it was very convenient for Annan to carry out viewings in person as our property was located in Portobello.

GoogleUtterly inappropriate - haven't even seen any agent in person nor the property I want to rent out and they dare to insist to see a 3 month bank statement over email. Invasion of privacy of the highest order - none of your business how much I spent on amazon until I see you and believe you're not trying to do identity theft. Bunch of creeps.

TrustpilotBest Letting Agent
When we were in distress due to the unlawful actions of our previous agent and the mess left by the tenants in our flat, Michael extended his hand to help us. He seamlessly took over from the previous agent, ensuring a stress-free transition, and efficiently collected the rent for us. I am not only impressed by the diligent work of this company but also deeply grateful for their assistance in our time of need.

GoogleI sold my flat and bought my new property with the support of Annans. They were extremely professional from start to finish for both transactions and advises me well all the way. From pricing my property, to getting it ready for viewing, the viewings itself, dealing with offers and then moving on to the conveyancing side, I couldn’t recommend them enough. This was my 4th sale of property and the best experience I have had and will definitely use them again if I ever decide to move on again.

TrustpilotExcellent reliable service
We first used Annan several years ago when we wanted to rent out our flat. Annan were excellent not only in finding tenants but they were tenants you wanted to have. Our tenants only moved out because they were relocating. Annan also kept on top of all the legal requirements relating to property rental. After years of good reliable service it made sense to ask Annan to sell our property when we wanted to sell. They were very professional. The entire process was smooth and concluded within four months.

I just completed on the sale of my flat in Portobello. After checking with a few local agents I went with Annan's and was very satisfied with their service. They were friendly and efficient, gave great advise on the mkt and kept their eye on the ball throughout the sales process. Being local to Party, they know the area really well and I think they are the best choice for selling in this area - very glad I chose them.

GoogleThis is my first time selling a property. We knew that Annan Property had a good reputation for selling properties quick and that’s what we wanted. We weren’t disappointed we had our first offer in less than a week. Any questions or queries we had the team at Annan were quick in getting back to us. This was very reassuring. They also have their own solicitor which saved us having to find one, we found this solicitor much cheaper than another one we checked with. The team are very friendly, and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!! Everything just happened and we didn’t have the stress of having to worry about anything. Thank you Annan.
