I've dealt with Enfields a couple of times over the past few of years, I purchased my property through them and Sam/Shaun were excellent when I purchased so I used them to sell my property and they found a buyer very quickly and everything went smoothly. I've already recommended them to my friends and family.

Saw a property with this letting agent, waited couple of days and as nobody was calling me after expressing my interest went to zoopla where found the property initially just to find that the rent has been increased from 750 to 775 which in per se is not an issue but I do find this a lack of professionalism as I nobody informed me about it or that if I offer more I would have a better chance.

Bought a house via this company to find that basically everything they told me were lies. They even tried to pass the property off as freehold when it wasn't. The person I spoke to about the property lied to my face on most of my questions. As a first time buyer I think it's disgusting to be treated like this just so they can get a sale.

Disappointed with the customer service I recently received. I viewed a property one afternoon, and made it clear to the person showing me round that I was interested. I asked if the person showing me round knew if it would be snapped up quickly, and the reply was that I had at least 24 hours to talk to my partner and pay the holding deposit. I was told I would be emailed over the offer pack later that day. By the next morning, I had not received the offer pack, so called Enfields to check I had not missed anything. I was told that someone would call me back that day. I did not receive a call back, and then found out later that day the property had been let to someone else. I did not find out from Enfields, but from a property search site. When my partner went in to the store to enquire about if the property was still available, they were told I had been emailed but had not responded. I checked all my emails (including junk and spam) and NEVER received an email from Enfields. Enfields never called me back to advise me the property had been let, and never contacted me at all regarding the offer information. I am thoroughly disappointed as I made it very clear I loved the flat, and that I wanted it. Avoid at all costs.

She is excellent , very supportive and is quick in responding. She is has been very helpful with process ( explaining , guiding and following it). Hope all goes smoothly.

TrustpilotIf you're a potential tenant - avoid this agency at all costs
Unsurprisingly, the majority of reviews you will read on this will be from landlords or sellers, but there's a lack of reviews from actual tenants about their experiences. So here's a first.Enfields will be your best friend when you're dealing with the lettings department. However once you have signed the contract and moved in you will deal with the property management department, who are nothing but nightmares.The communication from Enfields is beyond nonexistent, you will have better luck getting replies and answers from a brick wall. If you report faults don't expect them to be dealt with, even if it is a legal responsibility for the landlord to fix. Don't even expect a response at all, and if you do manage to get through to them over the phone instead, you will be fobbed off with rubbish excuses, or told it will be dealt with soon, but months will pass, and the same replies will be given. I am an experienced renter, having lived in many properties in my lifetime so far around the country, majority with estate agencies, and Enfields is 100% one of the worst I have experienced. It took 7 weeks to get my deposit back. Not because of any dispute or issue, but because I would not get a reply when asking where it was, "sorry we've been busy" would be the answer after chasing for 2 months. I spent more time chasing them about my property, then they spent actually managing it and doing their jobs. Unfortunately it got to the point of threatening legal action before Enfields would even begin to reply. And only once I'd submitted the documentation to take the landlady to court, I finally got an answer.So in summary, if you're looking for a rental property, save yourself the hassle, even if it's the house of your dreams, it is not worth it. I will forever avoid any property managed by this joke of an agency, and I would suggest anyone reading this to do the same. I don't often write reviews, but my experience was so bad, this was a necessity to warn others. Avoid. At all costs.

GoogleAll staff were friendly and helpful, and helped to make purchasing our first house a nice process.One of the only estate agents that listened to what we were looking for in a property and didn't spam us with everything coming to market. Will definitely use them again in future.

GoogleWhen you accidentally find out by browsing Rightmove that the property is no longer available. But you've got a viewing booked for the following day and no one from Enfields told you. What do you do? You give the agent 1 star. Cheers Team. Keep up the terrible work.

GoogleWe have just purchased a property through Enfields, Grace showed us round the property initially, she was fabulous with the price negotiation and then Ollie and Luan looked after us. They are a great team and we have found the whole experience very positive and now after only a few weeks we are packing for our new home! Highly recommend!

Staff are very friendly, with quick responses to my emails. They we’re amazing and very supportive when sorting my move to a different property after the landlord pulled out 5 days before the move(no fault of Enfields). India answered every email/query quickly and very friendly …no matter how silly I thought the question might be, ever email got a response. They went above and beyond, even printed my parking permit for me on move in day and on my second day when I couldn’t work out the hot water they sent someone out to assist me within the hour. Best estate agents I’ve used so far!

GoogleOllie and Luan did a great job selling our property (which unfortunately fell through 3 times, but through no fault of their own!) They were very patient and Luan worked tirelessly to keep in touch with the parties above and below us in the chain in order to keep things on track and everyone updated. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleBrilliant service from start to finish. For the past 4 years i have let my property through Enfields and they have been brilliant as i don't live locally. Now I have sold through them and have received excellent service. ..regular updates ....keeping the tenant informed...I can't fault them one bit. Thank u Nikki and Sam for making it so easy.

GoogleI am currently living in the US. I wanted to sell my house back in England. I called Enfields in Eastleigh. They were extremely helpful and took care of everything for me. So helpful I did not have to return to England. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.
