From beginning to end, Enfields were great. Sam and Shaun were always contactable and ready to help, especially in the most stressful parts of the sale. Purplebricks were the agent we bought from so were basically non-existent after our offer was accepted, Enfields went above and beyond to keep me in the loop by staying in contact with the estate agents above. Hugely disappointed.

Placed an offer after an open house viewing. 4 offers given in including ours. A lot of comms to chase ‘is this my limit..?’. Ran around providing ID check & proof of funds info etc...Offer declined. Told “if anything changes will of course be in touch”. Subsequently I saw it came on the market again (not contacted by agents). Agents already had viewings booked in. (Still no contact). I rang & resubmitted my offer. Ran around providing ID check & proof of funds info etc again. After upping my offer was accepted. 2 weeks later was contacted by agents “a larger bid was offered (£490,000) original list price £450,000 / £475,000. Agent calls “can I up my offer” ...reply “no”. Agent calls again / sellers sticking with you “ full steam ahead”. Today @ 3.30pm - gazumped 😞. Lost money to solicitors etc...Such a shame there is no integrity or moral compass. Just all about money.

Didn’t end up buying through Enfield's simply because the property I went for was listed with another agent, but having previously had a viewing and further contact with Sophie regarding my property search, I found her to be helpful, friendly and professional every time. I especially feel like she listened to my feedback after viewings and so would have been along the right tracks with property suggestions had my search continued.

Enfields unreasonably hold my deposit in DPS and not allow me to view my contract

I rented an apartment with a flatmate through Enfields. At the end of the tenancy, we underwent a change of contract. Now a new tenant contract which started on 3rd July, 2025 was signed and a new pair of tenants were living in that apartment.

The person who mainly dealt with transaction was Luan, who was professional and efficient at all times resulting in the smooth and rapid sale of our property despite current restrictions caused by the pandemic. A big warning for Guarantor’s due to…

A big warning for Guarantor’s due to the lack of communication from Endfield’s we had a £7,000 bill to pay. We did not receive the numerous emails they claim to have sent advising us of rent arrears. The Landlord established they had our email address wrong, despite us setting up the tenancy agreement by email. Endields’s stated that they were not aware that our emails were being undelivered due to their system problems. Apparently they do not send letters in the post or telephone Guarantor’s when there is a problem. They would not take responsibility for any of the debt and dealt with the situation with a considerable lack of empathy. We did not even receive an apology for their error, or poor practice.

I have been forced to sign to this Enfield let while I’m not working and with 4 children the youngest is 17 months and a single parent. And this Enfield let has been over priced my rent and threatened me to apply to universal credit to my rent and if I don’t I will be ask to vacate the accommodation while they are aware that I will affected by the benefits cap.

STOP CALLING ME!!! I haven't answered any of the dozens of calls I have rejected for a reason: If I don't return your numerous voicemails it is because I don't want to. That doesn't mean that you should call me again every day, at various times, leaving me voicemail after voicemail. Your number has now been blocked. Harassment is not the way to sell houses.

My wife and I picked Enfields to sell our property based on the quality of their service when viewing houses to buy, and they really excelled. Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing. When there were issues they helped to resolve them, and consistently kept in touch, providing both updates and advice. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or both I couldn't recommend them more.
