Don't bother going anywhere else!

We went to Enfield's after not having much luck with another estate agent we'd been with for 4 weeks with just a handful of viewings. I spoke to Josh the Assistant Manager/Valuation who took some beautiful pictures of my house and within just a day on Rightmove/Enfield's website I already had 4 viewings booked in! Josh was very reassuring and true to his word advising us to not reduce property price (as advised by other estate agents) and that his team would sell the property. We had an offer accepted within just 2 weeks! George, Jordan, Daryl, all the girls in fact the whole team we felt were friendly and so professional, always updating me via phone/email on the viewings feedback/appointments.I cannot understand why some reviews on here are negative as I never had any issues getting through to them or receive any bad service. I have used Enfield's in the past to sell my home and purchased from them and they were amazing back then too. If you want an agent that is honest, reliable and always keeping you in the loop, professional and caring, don't go anywhere else. I am now looking to move out of the area and will be buying a property. I just hope I find another agent as great as Enfields! Thank you guys x

We were shown round a property by Annah. She was totally professional, friendly and welcoming. She answered all our questions and has responded to subsequent emails and phone calls quickly and efficiently. If she didn't know the answer she's taken time to find out from the landlord and get straight back to us. We've felt more than happy to pay the holding fee and secure the property through her.

Enfields at Eastleigh recently sold a property for me, and it was a very positive experience. At each stage of the process we had a dedicated point of contact, and they provided good support without pressure and kept me regularly updated. I didn’t have a particular solicitor that I wanted to use, but Enfields put me in touch with a solicitor that they work with closely, and that worked really well. Enfields also have a dedicated sales progressor, who acted as a point of contact between me, the buyers and the solicitor, and she kept everyone informed and kept things moving. I would recommend Enfields and would use them again if I had another property to sell.

Letting a property through Enfields

I currently let a property through Enfields-Shirely and have done so for the past year. I cannot fault the service provided by Louise Harston and her team. I have previously had a bad experience with a letting agent and was therefore wary to try another agent but I am so impressed by the level of communication and service provided. I have just bought my first home, which was sold through Enfields. I could not recommend them more highly - Sam and Shaun in particular were excellent. There were a lot of delays in communications from the seller's solicitor, and they went out of their way to chase these up and try to get the information needed, which I really appreciated. They gave me regular updates, which was very helpful as I was not familiar with the process of buying a home and did not really know what to expect at what stage.Additionally, when I first went to see the flat (and again when I went to measure spaces), I was given plenty of time to ask questions and the person showing me round was honest about some of the flat's faults. This meant that when the survey came back, I didn't lower my offer as I was already expecting there to be a few problems with it and it didn't come as a surprise. Thank you Enfields - I love my new home :-)
