Direct reviewsI have had an ongoing relationship with Northwood Eastbourne for almost 3 years both as a landlord and as a seller of property. From a letting perspective, my experience with Northwood has seen them find good tenants for properties and ensure that rents are paid on time, and if there are financial difficulties, Northwood will work with the tenant to help them resolve the issues. They will also manage resolution to any maintenance issues ensuring the landlord is alerted quickly to any problem, will identify skilled trades people to estimate and complete jobs and keep the landlord informed of progress to resolve an issue and ensure the property is consistently maintained to a high level. From a selling perspective, my experience with Northwood has seen them go the extra mile to identify potential buyers, work with you to match you to a committed buyer and monitor the sale for both seller and buyer to reach a speedy completion of a sale. They go out of their way to assist buyers allowing them to view the property as much as they wish, helping them with access to surveyors, solicitors, and other services to assist with a smooth sale process The staff have always been courteous and professional in all their dealings with me. My experience of Northwood is they will go the extra mile to make a successful sale or tenancy and I would recommend them to others considering buying, selling or letting a property. Direct reviewsI have been dealing initially with both Carolynne and Jessica from the Eastbourne office. I have nothing but complimentary comments to make about these two Northwood representatives. At the beginning Carolynne patiently took me through the process, explained the expectations, compiled the documentation I submitted and made a point to understand all of it such as to avoid any ambiguities. I felt that I was dealing with a professional as well as somebody with excellent communication skill set. Then Jessica took over. Jessica was ever present throughout the process and guided me when I needed it. Her attitude is Sterling, her communication clear and unequivocal, very supportive and does not hesitate to undertake the extra step for my satisfaction all with an experience mix of professionalism associated to public relationships. As far as my personal experiences, I have no hesitation in stating that Carolynne and Jessica are definitely an asset to Northwood. They both have an excellent grasp of the workflow processes, skillful execution and smiling communication.
