GoogleWe have rented out through Northwood for many years very happily and when recently we decided to sell our property, Clare G was very helpful in helping our long term tenant find a new rental, and Phil B has gone over and above the extra mile in sorting out keys, meters, contractors to refurbish the flat and sort out things needing doing. We would certainly recommend the whole team, they've been great.

GoogleI first reported a leak from the window in my room back in Feb this year. Since then I have done several reports as keep on getting worse and every time it's raining outside, it will leak through the window. We have chased the agency multiple times as well on the phone and still no solution nor interest on our wellbeing or the state of the property. Not ONCE in 8 months an agent has come to check the leak or sent us an email or a call to explain the reason of the delay and give us an approximate date of when they are going to be able to fix the problem. Every time I'm at work and its raining I pray that the bucket I leave wont overflow and have a pool instead of a room when I return. We have had a two different contractors coming to have a look and giving quotes to the agency but I'm yet to hear back from any of them, I guess they just dont want to spend the money or perhaps they just want us to leave the flat. Honestly avoid them if you can, never seen more disregard for a tenants before, the only thing they are good at is on giving you excuses.

GoogleI am so disappointed with their arrogant and threatening behaviour. They took my holding money based on a false allegations but when I clarified then they made another story. Andrew is so rude and disappointing, made me frustrated. Just a warning for everyone wanting to rent, just be extra careful.

We do not accept applications when misleading and/or false information is provided by an applicant.
