The staff at Leaders, Sovereign Harbour, have proved themselves to be efficient and effective is all aspects of buying and renting my property. I have dealt, in the main, with Nikki, in renting my property and I could not wish for a better service. Communication is swift and responsive to my needs; Nikki is always friendly and responds to my requests or questions with good humour. I am given advice and recommendations, and my decisions are respected. I would not hesitate to recommend Leaders to a potential purchaser, rentee or rentor.

Our lovely flat in Sovereign Harbour was managed as a rental by Nikki and the team at Leaders Waterside for many years. Their service has been superb; any problems our tenants flagged up were sorted out promptly and without any stress from our point of view. When we decided to sell Leaders marketed our flat for us without us having to worry about any details. We have now sold, and would like to say a VERY big thank you to Nikki, Adelaide and the team for being super professional and really lovely to deal with on a personal level! Local group who work beautifully with remote clients. There's no way I can convey just how much the lovely group (Adelaide in particular) helped us through the sale of my mums flat after we lost her very suddenly at the start of the pandemic. - Always on the end of the phone when I needed them - Proactive - Responsive - Going the extra mile when I couldn't make the journey to the flat itself - Endlessly patient - Personal They had recommendations for everything from engineers, professional cleaners and clearance companies - all of whom could be directed remotely and did great work. I should also mention they have a fantastically open/honest and supportive property auctions team led by Paul who did a great amount of work for us that turned out to be fundamental when we were introduced to a private buyer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leaders Waterside - Sovereign Harbour group. I have dealt with Leaders Waterside - Sovereign Harbour throughout the last six years and have always found them to be super professional. They really are the experts of the harbour. There's nothing they don't know about both North and South harbour. The local knowledge is backed up by their extensive knowledge of the whole property sector. They have dedicated teams for property sales, rentals and property management, meaning you get experts in whichever field you're after. Nikki the lettings manager, makes sure the rental properties are always presented to the highest standards. Just the BEST for Letting on and around Sovereign Harbour! I telephoned the Office and spoke with Nikki who was out to view my property the next day. Although work was being conducted at time of viewing, an appointment was booked for three days later and Let was reserved and subsequently Tenants have moved in....all within three weeks.
