Sadly from the moment I moved in to the property with Leaders Waterside, I had no end of problems with the property I spent most of the 6 month tenancy with contractors coming and going in a property that initially was not fit for habitation. No Shower, No toilet, Locks not working, rotten supports, faulty floor supports, health & safety issues with the balcony, Laminate flooring fitted in the kitchen on carpets so the floor moved every day, radiators with no valves or just too hot or don't work, the list went on. Astonishingly at the end of my tenancy they withholding my deposit for issues caused by faulty equipment and repairs carried out by contractors instructed by Leaders. What a rip off. They eventually offered incorrect responses to the The Dispute Service, sadly my word against theirs. You can guess who didn't get their money back. The house was not fit for rental, yet I end up paying good money for a shabby, run down house in need of an overhaul.NegativeQuality, Value

Nearly 5 years ago I approached Leaders with a view to renting my Sovereign Harbour flat. As a first time landlord I was delighted with the friendliness and professionalism of Nikki, Adelaide and their teams who guided us through the whole process with Nikki quickly finding us good reliable tenants. After nearly 5 years we decided to sell the flat. The end of tenancy process including the professional cleaning of the flat was handled quickly and efficiently. Then despite the current difficult conditions and thanks to a seamless handover from lettings to sales, Adelaide quickly found a suitable purchaser. Absolutely shocking service, the lack of professionalism, knowledge and general people skills is atrocious. Avoid at all costs such a shame as the area is lovely but would never deal with this agents again. Numerous rude encounters not listened too at all and treated like dirt, when asking any questions they don’t know the answers even when directed at the manager! Do not follow processes or correct procedures and very quick to be rude absolutely disgusted by their behaviour and work ethics.

I visited the Leaders office in the marina as I was really wanting to move there. I saw the Lettings girl Vicky Kirk and I was straight away put off renting from this agent. She was rude and had an aggressive tone to her voice when she wasn't complaining of being over worked. Terrible experience and not one that I expected from Leaders. I don't want to deal with this person or office so I chose to rent through someone else. Vicky needs some customer care training.

I recently acquired and offered for rental a property in the harbour. But given that I live more than 180 miles away, I required the services of an all inclusive agency to manage the property on my behalf. I signed with Leaders and I am so glad I did. I find them to be exceptionally fair, efficient, friendly and professional, always happy to answer the phone and quick to respond by email, (often happy to do so out of hours). In addition to finding a suitable tenant, the team at Leaders helped organise subcontractors to repair, recarpet and redecorate to the point where the property quite frankly looked stunning. I am a very happy customer!
