We are renting a property with Oakfield and have been for nearly 3 years. I reported a fault online late on a Friday afternoon, received a call almost immediately confirming receipt of the report. Called by an electrician on the Saturday to confirm more details and discuss what was required. Item was ordered on the Saturday, Electrician called to confirm ordered and expected delivery on the Tuesday. Electrician called on the Tuesday evening to confirm appointment on Wednesday morning to replace the faulty item in the Oven. Oven repaired on the Wednesday morning as agreed. great service, Thankyou

I have just purchased a flat through Oakfield's, and in particular Lauren. I have dabbled in buying and selling property on and off for years. Normally the part I hate the most is dealing with estate agents, as I have had negative experiences with them over the year's. I am very happy to say on this occasion the service I received was first rate from all involved at Oakfield's. Lauren and her colleagues were there each and every time I needed them and I cannot fault them at all. Things went well from the start ! The initial phone enquiry was met with courtesy and an agent visited the same day. By the end of the next day details had been taken, photos too and my home was advertised. I had tenants sign up within 1 week ! Communication from Alex and Casey was excellent and any concerns I had were dealt with quickly and conveniently. I'm a newbie landlord who will be abroad longterm, so a managed contract was appropriate. I trust Oakfield to handle issues and hopefully I can reiterate their great service after a few months of having my tenants looked after and my home checked too. Recommended !

We worked with Lauren on the purchase of our new home and couldn't have been happier with the service received! Even though we were selling through a different agent, she was professional, helpful and super enthusiastic during the whole process. She even stepped in to help push things along in the chain when other (nationally known) agents hadn't kept on top of their job. Zoe Hodd is an absolute legend. Although things got off to a rocky start as I had to find somewhere fast, her calm and collected manner was brilliant and I cannot thank her enough for her help. Friendly and proactive 👍🏻 This is from two happy clients after receiving a great service from Oakfield agency especially Casey Freeman has to be mentioned for her amazing friendliness and been excellent from the word GO!We recently moved from Leicester with our six month old baby and it was difficult for us to travel all the way just to submit our documents and to show them in person before the move;so we had a discussion with her and after a couple of days she just put this to bed and arranged something which was acceptable from doing it through a postal service and we found it so easy.Casey always picks up her phone and responds to emails even late at nights and early in the mornings. At the times where you think about the issues you might have moving from far and want a response she’s there! Dealing with a person who’s passionate about what he/she does is refreshing.So if you thinking of any such deals she’s your lady;she’s on the case and everything is sorted very quickly! Rebecca Green was a star in the process and a very kind considerate Estate agent who helped me through the hiccups I happened to encounter due to a case with tenants. A special mention to Charlotte Osborn must also be made for her valued help and I give a 5 out of 5 star review wholeheartedly for Oakfield's cooperative and friendly staff who were quick to reply in communication matters and very reliable to work with.
