GoogleOakfield was the second estate agent we listed with after a not so good experience with the first agent. The experience with oakfield was vastly different. Sam was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable from the beginning. The photos he took of the property were a major improvement and the marketing was brilliant which was evident from the viewings they generated and we had an offer with a couple of weeks. Sam and his team have made it an easy experience so far. I would only use oakfield going forward and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell. Thank you!

You could tell she really cared about us and our situation and she went above and beyond to help us to the best of her ability and I couldn’t be more thankful! And, there’s no use of ‘fish eye’ lenses to make the places seem much bigger than they are 😀 Got to say that it’s been one the smoothest ‘rides’ ive ever had Going through this process. GoogleOakfield have recently agreed to assist me with the management of a house I own in Eastbourne. They will be managing the property for me and in a very short period of time sourced a new tenant when my previous family left the property after six years. Alex Ruiter who is Oakfield Estates Lettings Manager has gone out of his way to support my needs while ensuring that the property is up to spec and complies with the required legislation, not once becoming frustrated when I ask the silly question. Alex has been professional at all times, gone out of the way to help me and my husband and I have every confidence that Oakfield are the right company to support us for the coming years. Having looked at Google reviews, Oakfield Estate Agents in Eastbourne had caught our attention, having over 300 reviews, the majority of which were positive. After calling them, we were referred to Alex, who took care of business right away. Service was prompt and attentive, with Alex explaining everything and guiding us on the various requirements of letting out our house to tenants, and eventually finding us good tenants very quickly.
