Oakfield recently Sold a property that was from my fathers estate, he passed away last year so it was under difficult circumstances. Cian Fox was in charge of selling and marketing the property. I’ve never sold a property before so Cian was absolutely fantastic in helping me understand every aspect of the process and answered all questions I had. I had regular updates and phone calls, l can’t thank him enough for his understanding and support through this difficult time. I would highly recommend Oakfield team for selling properties. After long time being messed around by Phil . We finally had a new manager in who asked us for all she to give him a chance which we agreed to do . We were then told that Harley was looking after she kept us up to date on every thing she couldn't of been more helpful . It's a pity we had to waste so much time but in the end Harley was the best thing that estate agent could of done to employ her . Today is our completion day and we can't thank her enough . For all she has done for us making this as stressed free as possible . Iwe wish her well in her career. What an amazing bunch of agents. Right form the start the team have been amazing with constructive advice and guidance , As I am relocating my move wasn't going to be the easiest to manage but the team here were with me all the way helping me with property searches and tenant requirements , it was a shame that me relocation plans changed to another part of the Kent coast but be rest assured if they hadn't then Oakfield is the company I would have used to secure a smooth trouble free move. Izzy Pannett was my main contact and I had every confidence in her from the word go . What a pleasure it was to deal with Harley at Oakfields. A lot of estate agents get flak for being unresponsive, not keeping the client updated and not chasing up issues when it is needed. This has certainly not been the case having Harley on side who has delivered above and beyond. Daily updates, chasing everything I asked for and keeping us in the loop several times a day towards the end when things were moving very quickly has been the norm for which we are very grateful. Harley is an absolute asset to her company and a lovely person to do business with.

I received a call from a lovely young lady by the name of Charlie Hamilton from Oakfield lettings in Eastbourne,in response to a query about a property I'd made by email earlier, Charlie was polite,friendly and extremely helpful explaining exactly how they operate as an agency her expertise and professionalism,helped me feel at ease and reassured me in my current situation. Not one person from any agency that I have dealt with these past couple of weeks has shown any form sympathy to my situation especially as cannot work due to disabilities in fact most have made me feel worthless. Charlie has reassured me emphasised and has actually made me smile the first time in a long time. I would whole heartedly recommend Charlie and Oakfield lettings to anyone looking to rent.

I initially dealt with Izzy Pannett in setting up the rental contract of my house. Awful, unusable website. Have a look, enter a price range - why are there no prices between 500k and 750k?? There should be 550, 600, 650, etc. When I go to advanced search and enter the extremely limited restrictive options, it won't show my results. So, for example, if I enter a maximum of 750k, it shows properties over that price. So evidently, lots wrong with your very limited, lack of search functions. Look at Rightmove, how excellent their website is for specifics. I don't want to be limited to entering £750k maximum when I'm actually looking for a property very close to the £600k price range.
