Her communication was excellent, kept me up-to-date with all steps, provided expert advice and she found me great new tenants in only a few days! would highly recommend. Excellent service from George at Leaders (2017), found us lovely new tenants in less than a week and was very professional throughout.

GoogleBeen waiting 6 weeks to get our deposit back, finally let us sign last week and only organised today for our deposit to be returned. This still wont be returned for several days. They dont care now that we are not paying them any money anymore.

GoogleVery very nice people, helped me and my Girlfriend in finding a flat. Everything went smoothly only in the end did we have to call ourselves to know when we would receive the keys. We were concerned because we were currently living in a hotel. But otherwise very nice people and nice service.

GoogleFANTASTIC SERVICE FROM ALL STAFF AT THE MARINA OFFICE ESPECIALLY GEORJ AND IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ELLIE & JON OVER THE PAST YEAR. FROM INITIAL VIEWINGS, TO MOVE IN DAY EVERYTHING WAS SEAMLESS. NOW A YEAR ON I AM LOOKING TO RENEW MY TENANCY KNOWING I AM IN GOOD HANDS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TEAM AND THE BRAND TO ANYONE LOOKING TO RENT OR SELL.

Google5/5 when we lived there and got the flat, but 0/5 when you move out! They take as much money as they can from your deposit. They increased the rent, but when we left they struggled to let it, so had to reduce it to way less than we ever paid. Do not go with this agent as they will take all of your money!

GoogleProperty managemnt staff: The western road branch fails at the communication front. They often forget to reply or possibly inform me about things. If they mess up something they'll try to dodge the conversation and not answer any mails. Someone recommended this place to me, it's so sad I must have such a sour experience with an agency. This could work so well.

GoogleNever rent from leaders!!!!!! After providing proof of affordability using cis payslips leaders have stated that £50000 income isn't enough to rent a £1200pm flat. They declined my appeal and stole my £280 holding deposit. DO NOT USE LEADERS.
