Symon and the team were very helpful in chasing the solicitors and having a handle on all the moving parts. The wider team were also helpful and found out all the information we needed when our lead estate agent was away. They were also proactive in calling us which is much better than chasing for answers so good job Elliotts!

From the first day, throughout the whole process-at times quite stressful -Symon was helpful, encouraging and very calm and at all times professional . I never doubted that he was the best person to sell my house. All other staff in the office were aware of our sale and all very helpful.

Symon was really helpful from the get go. He recommended I viewed the place I ended up buying even though it wasn't somewhere I hadn't considered before. The solicitors on both sides were at time a little slow but Symon was in contact with them and the sellers regularly to make sure everything went through quickly, giving me regular updates. Brilliant service and always very friendly and helpful.

GoogleCouldn't have been more grateful to have Elliotts as my estate agents throughout the purchase of my property. They were super patient with my emails and questions, offered SO much advice and did nothing but try and assist me during the process - i.e. chasing the seller and the other solicitors etc. Thank you very much Ben, Steve & team!

There are always two aspects to a property purchase - the actual work, and the attitude of the agents. In terms of the work, I found Elliotts to be thoroughly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and totally reliable. I received regular check-in calls, and a high degree of 'customer service'. As for attitude, everyone I dealt with at Elliotts was friendly, caring, and 'on the ball'. They are all delightful - a rarity in the world of estate agency in my experience.I hope (in the nicest possible way!) never to buy another property, but if I should find myself needing to do so in Hove, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I'd highly recommend to anyone searching for a home in Hove to start their search with Elliotts.

He helped us buy our first home, and did everything in his power to push the deal through in no time at all - keeping us updated every step of the way. I bought the house throught Elliots Astate Agents and I must say that my experience with them has been exceptional, really really helpful. Even though i took bit time completing the purchase because there were a lease extension involved the Elliots were on top of there game. I must mantion Simon and Toby who were there whenever called upon. A very big thank you and keep up the hard work. Highly Recommend

Estate agents are often the target of criticism in the media, but Elliotts were very much an exception. Symon has been an exceptional agent for our flat purchase in Hove, and has been completely professional and supportive throughout the process.
