I would definitely recommend Elliotts to anyone planning on selling their property. Brian, Ben and Jordan gave me excellent down-to-earth advice without any fuss and helped with all of the challenges associated with multiple property sales. This was a great help to me and we made successful sales on all properties. Communication was also great throughout the process, which was important to me as I was living abroad. I recommend Elliotts if you are after a professional and no-nonsense approach to your property sale.

Symon Back from the outset was FANTASTIC on every level and I would highly recommend him to anyone having to go through the ‘wading through treacle’ process of being in a chain and buying/selling a house! Very authentic and personable and likeability factor without the usual estate agent pitches :) Steve Boone though I never met him was also FABULOUS and kept me in the loop consistently via e mail and phone and responded very promptly at all times. I had a really poor experience of some other estate agents and the first sale on my house fell through as a result :( Elliot’s have been consistently BRILLIANT throughout the whole process and helped me achieve my property regardless for almost a year! They have restored my faith in the process and super helpful and a great team! Thankyou Symon and Steve :)

Many Thanks to Elliots in particular Symon. Both he and Tobin showed their unending patience in trying to find me my perfect flat.The office always has a welcoming atmosphere and everyone is both friendly and professional. I would use them without question should I ever decide to sell, but its taking me so long to get one bought i think it may be a while!
So glad you managed to find your perfect flat in the end, disappointed it was not through us of course but glad we were happy to help along the way.

I found Ben very useful in finding a buyer, and recommending a local solicitor. We were kept up to date with all aspects of the sale, and as a result, everything ran smoothly to exchange and completion. Overall, we felt confident with Elliotts , and would use them again

In a world where most estate agents 'look the same' (ie all very corporate, too much aftershave, 'fashion' suits etc etc), it's really refreshing to meet one that stands out from the crowd.Symon doesn't conform to the cliché but he works hard to understand the needs of the clients, knows local market conditions and has a good personality too.Reliable and helpful. I was really happy with the decision to go with Elliotts. My thanks go to Tobin who was a tower of calm support and good advice. Moving is always stressful but having a good agent really helps. The company is very professional, they really know the local market and the whole team couldn't be more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them.

There were many nuances to the sale of my property and some personal aspects that added a certain amount of stress. The Manager Steve, in particular, was always supportive. Having met several Estate Agents for my corresponding purchase I cannot recommend the team at Elliots highly enough! Professional, genuine people. You won't be disappointed.

GoogleUnethical, coercive and dishonest. Will say anything to make a sale. Buyers beware.
Simply not true, one of the most 'challenging' individuals we have come across for many, many years. Do look at our Trustpilot reviews featuring 100's who would strongly disagree with those comments as well.
