So much for those old jokes about…

So much for those old jokes about estate agents. Ben was brilliant from start to finish. Put himself out to squeeze in a visit to a property he was not expecting to have to show us at short notice. Of course that’s the one we bought. He shepherded us through the rest of the deal brilliantly - as the sale stalled he even chased a lackadaisical solicitor with charm and persuasion. A definite five stars !

Elliotts Estate Agents were so thorough…

Elliotts Estate Agents were so thorough at finding our tenant and made the whole process of letting so easy. In particular Steve went above and beyond in supplying everything I needed to know before the tenancy started and a year later when the tenancy finished. Now we are back using Elliotts for the sale of our apartment, everything is communicated well and very professionally. I would not look anywhere else when renting, buying or selling a property in Brighton and Hove.

Sally is a brilliant estate agent. Friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Kept me fully informed during the purchase of my flat in Hove at the end of last year. Chased up the Sellers Solicitors on numerous occasions & liaised with the Seller with any queries I had. Elliotts in Hove were fantastic

Elliotts in Hove were fantastic . From the beginning they were so kind to my mum, who really felt listened to and was impressed, we didn't get that same level of service from other companies. My mum feels so lucky to get the property, one we initially dismissed (they were proactive and rang us to convince her to visit but not in a pushy way, they knew my mum better than me)! The purchase was an incredibly stressful time (not their fault, we were also selling a house and had a difficult chain). I have so much more respect for real estate agencies now, who have to juggle multiple roles on a daily basis, from admin to basically being a psychologist, conflict resoluter, miracle worker, all at the same time! Thanks again x

Great Job Elliott’s in Hove

Selling a home particularly one that has so much emotional baggage attached is a very challenging time! Elliotts provided such an empathetic approach acknowledging that as the sale would be generating the cash required to keep Mum in a fantastic care home their goal was to value and achieve the best price. In a challenging market they ultimately managed this, keeping us updated, and navigating the negotiations with experience and skill. Always honest and keeping expectations in check they ensured that a difficult time was made as smooth as possible. Positive selling experience!

Selling a house is very stressful, so it helps to have the right people on your side to guide you through it. I have used Elliotts previously, to buy and sell, so it was only natural that I would use them again for my recent sale. It was a tricky one, I have to say! Many a curve ball, but all managed superbly by Elliotts and in particular Ben who was incredibly tenacious in getting the results we needed in difficult circumstances. He was very communicative and responsive, so we felt we were in the loop at all times when it came to our sale. I just wish other people had the same values when it came to purchasing / selling houses and understood how everyone in the chain feels not just themselves. Anyway, the experience is complete and I would highly recommend Elliotts to anyone and would definitely use them again should I ever be brave enough to move again...

Hove seafront flat sale amazing 5* review

We are getting ready to complete in December on our first family home, having sold our Hove seafront flat with Elliots. We were always going to use Elliots as they are the best in the area and knew they’d go above and beyond for us. We were so fortunate to have Symon arranging our flat viewings at the perfect times for us (having a new baby meant nap times and other logistics to work around) and we couldn’t praise Symon any more for making this stage seamless for us. We loved the marketing and brochure for our property, and Elliots kept us informed every step of the way. We are so glad that we decided to sell this year and the communication Elliots estate agents have with you is second to none. You will be kept in the loop throughout the whole process which is so important with a huge life event. Best agents, you will not be disappointed!

The best for communication!

We recently bought a house where Elliots were the agent the house was listed with. We dealt with Ben who was excellent, really communicative and so good at chasing all parties. We were selling two properties (one in Devon, one in Brighton) in order to proceed with our purchase. Unfortunately we faced serious difficulties with the Devon sale which nearly caused our purchase to fall apart but Ben was very good at keeping everyone in the loop. He remained friendly and professional at all times. I can't speak for Elliots in terms or selling property, but our experience buying through them was excellent. Thank you!
