Selling a house is very stressful, so it helps to have the right people on your side to guide you through it. I have used Elliotts previously, to buy and sell, so it was only natural that I would use them again for my recent sale. It was a tricky one, I have to say! Many a curve ball, but all managed superbly by Elliotts and in particular Ben who was incredibly tenacious in getting the results we needed in difficult circumstances. He was very communicative and responsive, so we felt we were in the loop at all times when it came to our sale. I just wish other people had the same values when it came to purchasing / selling houses and understood how everyone in the chain feels not just themselves. Anyway, the experience is complete and I would highly recommend Elliotts to anyone and would definitely use them again should I ever be brave enough to move again...

We are getting ready to complete in December on our first family home, having sold our Hove seafront flat with Elliots. We were always going to use Elliots as they are the best in the area and knew they’d go above and beyond for us. We were so fortunate to have Symon arranging our flat viewings at the perfect times for us (having a new baby meant nap times and other logistics to work around) and we couldn’t praise Symon any more for making this stage seamless for us. We loved the marketing and brochure for our property, and Elliots kept us informed every step of the way. We are so glad that we decided to sell this year and the communication Elliots estate agents have with you is second to none. You will be kept in the loop throughout the whole process which is so important with a huge life event. Best agents, you will not be disappointed!

I worked with Steve and the team at Elliotts to find a Tennant for my flat; the whole team were great throughout the entire process, answered every question I had as a first time landlord, and kept me and the Tennant up to date with everything we needed to know. We recently bought a house where Elliots were the agent the house was listed with. We dealt with Ben who was excellent, really communicative and so good at chasing all parties. We were selling two properties (one in Devon, one in Brighton) in order to proceed with our purchase. Unfortunately we faced serious difficulties with the Devon sale which nearly caused our purchase to fall apart but Ben was very good at keeping everyone in the loop. He remained friendly and professional at all times. I can't speak for Elliots in terms or selling property, but our experience buying through them was excellent. Thank you!

A great team! Right from the beginning of my journey, everyone was extremely helpful and answered any questions that I had and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. Symon was fantastic throughout all of this and kept me in the loop on a weekly basis with any updates and anything that I needed to complete and always took time to ensure that it all made sense. I cannot praise the wonderful Sally enough! I sold my flat in Hove through Elliots, receiving the accepted offer within days of it going on the market. Sally kept me fully updated and stayed in regular contact with both me and the buyers. She also communicated with solicitors when needed.

Offer was accepted in November and I moved end of May. The team kept me informed throughout, I trusted the team implicitly and I know Elliots had my back from start to finish, which is a perfect position to be in as a buyer. I also used their recommended solicitor who are located in the same building as Elliots - dream team work. I highly recommend Elizabeth and team at Taylor and Rose Solicitors. Our house purchase process with Elliot's was excellent throughout, handled professionally but with real care & a personal approach. As is any case buying a house isn't straightforward & in our case time from offer to completion was lengthy due to the sellers stipulations, however Symon was fantastic throughout, offering advice, support & expertise going above & beyond to ensure the sale went through. I genuinely think had it been another agent who didn't care as much, we would not now be living in our dream home in beautiful Hove. GoogleElliots and the team are outstanding. I bought my flat through them last June. A first time buyer and not knowing really what I was doing they helped me through the process with ease. They kept me constantly updated with everything I needed to know and were over and above the call of duty as far as I can see and hear of from other company's. The hove crew are exactly what you need when buying and or selling a property as far as I know. Many friends of mine commented on how I had been helped out with them and the after sales service I.e checking in that all was good and if there was anything else they could help with. Although there were complications from the buyers side, Symon was on the ball and helped make things run as smoothly and quickly as possible.
