Worked very hard on my house purchase!

I have just bought a property which was sold via Elliots and I would like to especially thank Ben for all his work on this. This was a long protracted sale due to issues further down the chain and Ben was extremely proactive in chasing up and keeping me updated regularly with the progress. He was always helpful, friendly, polite and honest, as was anyone else in the office that I spoke to, and I felt confident throughout the process that I was in good hands. I now own a lovely house and am very happy!

Simply the Best!!!!

I would highly recommend Elliotts on every aspect of buying and selling properties. I had 2 leasehold properties to sell, one straight forward and the 2nd, we knew from the start, would have problems. Jordan, Symon and Ben made it all happen with little input from me and both asking prices were achieved, which I was delighted about! My review of Symon Back at Elliotts…

My review of Symon Back at Elliotts estate agency.In 2023 I made a life changing decision to move back to Sweden after having resided in Uk for 30 years.I decided to use Elliotts estate agency, as I had had a good experience with them in the past. I used Elliotts in 2012 when I sold my house and moved in to the flat that I now wanted to sell.My contact at Elliotts was Symon Back.What a professional he is; positive, well mannered, punctual and very likeable.He gave me a fair valuation of my flat showing me similar flats in my area, he helped me find a solicitor and organised for stunning photos to be taken. Symon kept me informed of all movements re. my flat and he called me when he said he would. All paperwork was handled very quickly, (however it takes two to make the paperwork go quickly so I made sure to also be quick my end.)Once the sale had been agreed Symon did everything he could to make the exchange of contracts and moving date go as smoothly as possible.Moving is a stressful business and if you move abroad even more so. Symon was an incredible help and I can’t recommend him enough. I am very impressed with the way he handled the sale of my flat, and of course the rest of the team at Elliotts.Elliotts behave and work as an estate agency should- other agencies would do well to follow suit.A big thank you from a very satisfied client.Christina Vigerland-Oliver

Top notch estate Agents

I recently sold my central Hove flat with Elliotts and they did an amazing job. Steve provided a realistic valuation taking into consideration market conditions which were very tough and also listened to my needs and requirements. They got me many many viewings and I received weekly update calls from Steve so I was always aware of how things were going. Once a sale was agreed Brian and Ben managed the sale through, dealing with all the solicitors and other agents. I can't thank the team enough for all the hard work they put in, Steve for his positive and honest communications, Sally for the viewings and Ben and Brian for seeing the sale through. You can trust this team as a buyer and a seller, just listen to what they say as they know what they are doing. Thanks again guys!

Absolutely everyone at Elliotts has been fantastic at helping me to prepare for letting my property and they have been patient and taken their time to find the most suitable tenants. It's not surprising that they have over 300 Five Star ratings!! I had a great Agent last time I rented out another property for over 10 years but Elliotts have surpassed them. Don't go anywhere else!

Knowledge, Experience and Courtesy Win Every Time

Brian at Elliotts handled the sale of my home eleven years ago. His knowledge and experience of the market in Hove inspired confidence, and I always felt that he was acting in my best interests. Therefore I had no hesitation in asking him to act for us in the sale of my mother's flat. Moving from Brighton to Hove

Steve, Sally, Brian and the team took a lot of the stress out of moving. Within days of putting our house in Brighton on the market we had two credible offers, one from a couple who didn't need to sell a property. And when we were struggling to find a place to buy they phoned to tell us about a chain-free house in Hove that they had just taken on. It fitted the bill perfectly. Everyone at Elliotts was extremely friendly and supportive. They kept us in touch at every stage of the process making both sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Highly recommended.
