Thank you so much to Steve,Symon and the rest of the team at Elliott's for all their support with our recent flat purchase. From the 1st viewing with Symon to finally collecting the keys, we received 5 star service. Really appreciated being kept in the loop with regular phone updates. Although we were increasingly stressed as the process became unnecessarily drawn out by the people at the top of the chain, Steve kept us calm (thanks again for listening to us when we'd convinced ourselves the chain would collapse!!) & we cannot thank him enough for all his hard work in finally getting us to completion.

Excellent communication

Having just sold our flat , I am really pleased we chose Elliots . Symon got us a very good price at a time when the market is changing . Just as importantly, he ( and his colleagues ) are knowledgeable, easy to communicate with , persistent , (but never pushy) and just genuinely considerate people . I particularly appreciated how Simon communicated with all parties proactively and respectfully ( especially both sides solicitors ) which helped push things along .

Where to even start……

I am writing this review with the deepest gratitude for all the staff and all the help they have given over the past couple of years. We have sold a property through the office in Hove and recently bought a property through the same team. One thing that stands out is the longevity of the staff. We have had the pleasure of dealing with the familiar team on both occasions and this is such a comfort when investing such a huge task into their care. The leadership and management are clearly keeping a very happy team. I, myself, as someone who has worked in property understands that this can be a very frustrating industry so to be greeted by the faces of trusted agents was reassuring. During the pandemic they worked to sell our family home and kept to all the government guidelines, always adhering to strict appointment times, hygiene and respect of the fact everyone was living in a very difficult time. On the recent occasion we have purchased a retirement home for an elderly friend and they have been so understanding when we have had any delays and kept us constantly updated. I don’t think that a cake and a trust pilot review is enough to describe how much we value the whole team at Elliot’s. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and know if I need to use an agent again, I wouldn’t even hesitate to go straight to them. Thank you so much for everything and bless you for all you have done. Professional and friendly efficiency

Chose Elliots and Symon after checking 2 other agencies. Symon and his colleagues were well prepared, took the trouble to provide useful stats about the property market in Hove, weren´t unrealistic about outcomes, and weren´t ´pushy´. They were friendly, professional and diligent. Wonderfully refreshing, they answered questions and queries promptly - no long waits on the telephone while a disembodied voice told one how important the call was to the Company!

I bought a flat through Elliotts Estate…

I bought a flat through Elliotts Estate Agents as a first time buyer in Spring / Summer 2022. Throughout the process their communication was excellent, I received frequent update emails from Symon and Ben which meant I was kept well informed and was aware of any blockers. I was keen to complete as quickly as possible but my solicitor was very slow and making excuses. Elliotts were great at helping me chase her and letting me know when the vendor's solicitors had sent documentation / emails so I when I chased my solicitor I knew exactly how long she was taking to complete a task. This meant I probably completed a few weeks earlier than I otherwise would have, saving me money. Lastly, whenever I wanted access to the property after my offer was accepted (to measure the flat etc.) Elliotts always responded to my email within a few hours and were happy to accommodate. I will probably use Elliotts as my estate agents if / when I eventually sell my flat.

Our interaction with all the staff at Elliotts was very impressive. There is clearly good communication between members of their team and whenever we needed to contact them they were efficient and helpful, even if we were speaking to someone not directly involved in our house purchase. Our sales manager Laura was particularly good and I am convinced the sale would not have gone through if it hadn't been for her persistent and constant communication with us, our solicitors, and the other people involved in our chain. We would certainly recommend Elliotts highly above the other estate agents that we encountered in our house move, and will be using them again in the future!

We would recommend Elliotts to anyone thinking of moving house. Laura in particular is amazing, and I don’t think our chain would have gone through if it wasn’t for her. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Laura kept everything moving and everyone up to date. We also felt like Laura genuinely wanted to see things work out for us, which in what can be an incredibly stressful time, we hugely valued. I called at three estate agents locally in Hangleton before choosing Elliots. From the moment I walked through the door they were engaging, helpful, and interested in our situation. They demonstrated interest and enthusiasm from that moment through viewing the property until the sale was complete. During the process of selling they were sensitive to the needs of both sides, and I think that both we and the buyers were more than satisfied with the final outcome. They kept us up to speed with developments as they happened in spite of some communication difficulties and we knew that we could contact them at any time with questions or concerns. Estate Agents with Skill and Kindness

It is important to remember that estate agents are incentivised to sell a home for their seller/client. So, as we all have probably experienced, Estate Agents can often be pretty rude and just downright unhelpful when you are a buyer. Elliotts is one of the few groups that not only represent for their buyers but treat you with kindness, respect, and professionalism. We interacted with Symon and could not recommend dealing with him enough.

Great agents, Great team, and Great support. Patient and helpful throughout the process. I was abroad when I wanted to view the property. They provided me with a video tour and allowed my brother to view the property on my behalf. Answered all of my questions truthfully and helped a lot with finalising the sale. Great advice and help with solicitors. Jordan especially helped me a lot. They were patient when I wanted the view the property multiple times and never rushed me through the viewings. The team from A to Z are all fantastic and polite. 100% recommended for purchasing and sale. If a team can say, we go the extra mile, it's Elliotts.
