We can't praise Elliots Estate Agents enough. They were absolute diamonds when a supposedly simple chain became an absolute nightmare. Not only did they deal with the issues that arose in a professional and prompt manner, but they were extremely supportive when it became extremely stressful, going above and beyond to diffuse high emotions. They were also extremely helpful when they advised that we switch a provider to push our purchase over the line. We had a dream, a home by the sea, Elliotts made that dream come true.

Thoroughly recommended!

I feel qualified to leave a review after buying a house in 2014 and then recently selling that same house in 2020 so I have experienced both ends of their operation! It has been a pleasure dealing with friendly, accessible, totally professional and wholly realistic in terms of judgement of the housing market and how to approach it. Too often unachievable pricing leads to frustration and lengthy delays but I have to say that Elliott’s knowledge of their local sector meant fast completions both buying and selling. Thoroughly recommended!

Best estate agent in Hove!

In the summer we decided to sell our property in Hove. After having a handful of ‘local’ agents out, Elliotts were clearly head and shoulders above the rest. Not only was Steve a really lovely and genuine guy, but his local knowledge was also very evident, so it was an easy decision to instruct Elliotts. They sent other members of the team out to see our property before it was listed so they all had the right knowledge to answer questions on viewings (often lacking in other agents!). Elliotts were hot on it, and 24hrs after listing our property, it was sold! Dealing with them through the whole process was easy, and made us feel very at ease. Honestly, the whole team were a pleasure to deal with and we can’t recommend them highly enough!
