I feel qualified to leave a review after buying a house in 2014 and then recently selling that same house in 2020 so I have experienced both ends of their operation! It has been a pleasure dealing with friendly, accessible, totally professional and wholly realistic in terms of judgement of the housing market and how to approach it. Too often unachievable pricing leads to frustration and lengthy delays but I have to say that Elliott’s knowledge of their local sector meant fast completions both buying and selling. Thoroughly recommended!

What a wonderful estate agent! I was with Move with Us an online estate agents and had an awful time. Ben and Symon at Elliot’s took over the sale for me they were professional and informative. The house was sold and off the market in double quick time. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend you use them

In the summer we decided to sell our property in Hove. After having a handful of ‘local’ agents out, Elliotts were clearly head and shoulders above the rest. Not only was Steve a really lovely and genuine guy, but his local knowledge was also very evident, so it was an easy decision to instruct Elliotts. They sent other members of the team out to see our property before it was listed so they all had the right knowledge to answer questions on viewings (often lacking in other agents!). Elliotts were hot on it, and 24hrs after listing our property, it was sold! Dealing with them through the whole process was easy, and made us feel very at ease. Honestly, the whole team were a pleasure to deal with and we can’t recommend them highly enough!

We used Elliots to buy and sell for our recent move. They had the best selection of properties for sale in the area and a good relationship with our vendor and buyers making the process smooth and problem free. The company owner offered excellent advice when we were choosing a property and our main contact Steve, the branch manager, was highly professional and guided us through the process with ease. Their advice was honest and their organisation seemed a cut above others in the area.

We've had an excellent experience with Elliotts. Our main contact there has been Symon Back and he has been extremely, but respectfully and appropriately, helpful and friendly. He has twice arranged potentially suitable viewings for us in very busy schedules as we live out of the area, and even driven us to viewing appointments booked with other agents!He has understood us and our situation extremely well, maintained contact and given impartial advice appropriately, when we have requested it.We are in a difficult, complex and frustrating property situation, and Symon remains understanding and supportive despite no impending fee likely!We would wholeheartedly recommend him without a moment's hesitation.

We brought our house through Elliotts in November of 2018, having just sold our other house through another local agency, the difference was clear. Elliotts were polite, courteous and followed up on the sale rather than just taking their commission and running, they provided a personal service and I would happily recommend them. While I am not planning on moving again anytime soon would certainly use them for the sale rather than the agency I sold my other house through.

I used Elliotts initially for a probate valuation and then to sell a property in Hove. They were extremely professional right from the outset, completely sensitive to the situation and most helpful. Whilst I know they were keen to also get the sale of the property, they were never pressuring me into acting more quickly or settling for a quick sale. The sale eventually went through and even though there were some unexpected hiccups from parts of the chain outside of their control, they went out of their way to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. Having dealt primarily with Brian, along with Tobin and Steve, I can't fault their service at all; they have always been very friendly and kept me updated throughout the process.

After wasting over 6 months with another local agency. We put our property up for sale with Elliots. After just a few weeks and 3 or 4 viewings we sold! This was down to the team and the experience and knowledge they have over the local market. They understand how to balance the needs of the buyer with the seller and drive the sale process with excellent and honest communication. A pleasure to deal with I would highly recommend!

We had three other local agents estimate our house price at around £25,000 less We had a buyer that fell through and they got us another buyer with in a week, which allowed us to keep our house purchase chain intact. Thank you Hove Elliotts! Recommended.

My sale was somewhat complex and long-winded to complete (not helped by the pandemic). Elliotts kept everything on-track and were exceptional value for money. Symon and Sally did a great job of representing my property. Steve gave me some useful advice and stayed on top of things with the solicitors etc. If I were selling property in Hove again, I would use Elliotts.

GoogleThe young guy I spoke with and the lady I connected with were very polite and understanding. The other guy in the back of the office was argumentative and condescending. Muppets everywhere but this one took the biscuit. Brian, you need to do more training for some staff.
