We bought an investment flat through Elliotts who were superb.Tobin's professionalism and customer care were excellent. He ensured that the information flow between all the parties was timely, complete and accurate which meant that when issues arose all parties were aware and resolution could be reached.Overall it was as good an experience as purchasing a property can be.

In particular in resolving an issue that occured near completion with render from the neighbouring house damaging the roof of my purchase. I have been looking for a property in Hove for the last few weeks. I live overseas and, therefore, making trips to view properties has been time-consuming, not to mention expensive. Symon Back, of Elliotts Estate Agents, has taken the time to personally call me, time and time again, to advise of suitable properties coming onto the market that matched my requirements. He understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me several properties and showed professionalism and patience. I have recommended him to other friends and would most definitely use him again in the future. Elliotts should be proud to have an employee like Symon.
