Google‘Great’ Christmas quiz in estate agents, “what did we sell it for in 1996 and what did we sell it for in 2018?” Answer: a criminal amount... this seen having walked past a homeless person in every doorway. I feel sick... I don’t blame individuals for cashing in for what their property is apparently worth, but what happened to homes? Less and less people seem affluent enough to stay in the towns they grew up in. Gentrify my arse. Happy Christmas.
