I called at three estate agents locally in Hangleton before choosing Elliots. From the moment I walked through the door they were engaging, helpful, and interested in our situation. They demonstrated interest and enthusiasm from that moment through viewing the property until the sale was complete. During the process of selling they were sensitive to the needs of both sides, and I think that both we and the buyers were more than satisfied with the final outcome. They kept us up to speed with developments as they happened in spite of some communication difficulties and we knew that we could contact them at any time with questions or concerns. I would recommend Elliots to anyone looking to sell in this area.

Estate Agents with Skill and Kindness

It is important to remember that estate agents are incentivised to sell a home for their seller/client. So, as we all have probably experienced, Estate Agents can often be pretty rude and just downright unhelpful when you are a buyer. Elliotts is one of the few groups that not only represent for their buyers but treat you with kindness, respect, and professionalism. We interacted with Symon and could not recommend dealing with him enough.

Great agents, Great team, and Great support. Patient and helpful throughout the process. I was abroad when I wanted to view the property. They provided me with a video tour and allowed my brother to view the property on my behalf. Answered all of my questions truthfully and helped a lot with finalising the sale. Great advice and help with solicitors. Jordan especially helped me a lot. They were patient when I wanted the view the property multiple times and never rushed me through the viewings. The team from A to Z are all fantastic and polite. 100% recommended for purchasing and sale. If a team can say, we go the extra mile, it's Elliotts.

I must say my experience of purchasing through Elliots was extremely pleasant. In the past with other agents I found it stressful so full marks to the staff at Elliots for their professional handling and keeping me regularly informed as to how we were proceeding. One of the sellers lived in NewZealand and the other Germany. Consequently with time differences it was not simple for them to negotiate on my behalf.

We can't praise Elliots Estate Agents enough. They were absolute diamonds when a supposedly simple chain became an absolute nightmare. Not only did they deal with the issues that arose in a professional and prompt manner, but they were extremely supportive when it became extremely stressful, going above and beyond to diffuse high emotions.
