We have recently sold our slightly unusual Brighton seafront flat and moved to Worthing with our young family. Elliots were absolutely amazing from start to finish during what can often be a stressful time. From our first meeting with Jordan he was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Towards the end during some difficulties with the sale he continually kept us informed so we always knew what was happening. In his absence the rest of the team were always able to deal with any enquiry and were well versed in all aspects of the transaction. Having had bad experiences in the past, Elliots have restored my faith in Estate agents and I would have absolutely no problem recommending them. Thank you Elliots!

We initially put our flat on the market in August 2020 and Elliotts sold it three times before we eventually moved in November 2021 - that's how good they are! The chain collapsed twice, but they never gave up - they kept finding buyers and were incredibly patient with us while we found the right house. Brian, Steve, Sally, Jordan and Symon were all lovely to deal with, even at the most stressful times, and I have no hesitation in recommending Elliotts.

Although a difficult time to sell my apartment, the communication from Symon was exemplary. I never felt out of the loop and could see the work being done in the background. Would thoroughly recommend Elliot’s and would use again if I ever decide to move.

Bought my flat in Hove BN3 via Elliot’s way back in 2004 and I had no hesitation going back to them in 2021 to take care of the sale. Brian and Steve were highly professional, friendly and pragmatic and seamlessly guided me through all aspects of the sale, which completed in November per the sales strategy and with minimal fuss. Brian also went above and beyond to help in connecting me with local solicitors and accountants. All in all I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend the team at Elliot’s.

I would have given Elliotts 10 stars if I could. Exceptional service, Ben kept in touch with me every step of the way during a long process due to a problem with the lease on the flat we were buying. Once the lease issue was resolved Ben continued to update me regularly. We are so grateful and would use Elliotts without question if we are in a position to sell.

GoogleI recently moved into my new home which I bought with the support from the entire Elliots team. The purchase was in a chain of 6 with me being at the bottom of the chain. Offer was accepted in November and I moved end of May. The team kept me informed throughout, I trusted the team implicitly and I know Elliots had my back from start to finish, which is a perfect position to be in as a buyer. I also used their recommended solicitor who are located in the same building as Elliots - dream team work. I highly recommend Elizabeth and team at Taylor and Rose Solicitors. I cannot thank the team enough. They helped me start a new chapter in my life and I'll be eternally grateful to them as they made this happen for my children and I.

From the get-go Brian and his team surpassed all my expectations. Professional to the core with a friendly yet straightforward manner, never pushy, proactive, understanding, cordial, efficient, calm, reassuring yet realistic about the process; they went the extra mile coordinating the various parties involved, chasing up outstanding matters to keep the process moving forward, and kept me informed throughout. Their communication skills are all-round excellent, and when I had reason to go in their office, I must say I had service with a smile too from any of the team I encountered. They really did an excellent job in the sale of my flat. The whole team works coherently and I had the utmost respect for how they handled the stresses of various hiccups along the way. They set the bar high and redress any misconceptions or myths that are out there about estate agents! I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Elliots Estate Agents and I am so glad I chose them to market my property.Incidentally my buyer also had glowing praise for their efforts in helping her achieve completion by 30 September to take advantage of the stamp duty concessions.

I sold my flat through Elliott's a couple of weeks ago. I chose them as my estate agent as, when I bought my flat 15 years ago, I bought it through them and was hugely impressed by their professionalism, transparency and, most of all, their understanding of how stressful the process can be. I'm delighted to report that selling my flat with them was an equally straightforward and positive experience. From Brian's first visit and valuation right through to their congratulations email on the day I completed, their communication was exemplary. They kept me fully informed, made helpful suggestions and helped me untangle the legal terminology involved in the sale. The whole team there has gone above and beyond in arranging viewings, advising on my purchase (sadly through other, much less reputable estate agents) and cheering me up when the process has hit the buffers. I'm actually going to miss speaking to them regularly and I owe a huge thank you to Brian, Symon, Jordan, Sally and Steve for all their kindness and professionalism over the last year.If you need an estate agent in Hove for a purchase or sale, cut out all the fuss and go straight to Elliott's. GoogleElliots and the team are outstanding. I bought my flat through them last June. A first time buyer and not knowing really what I was doing they helped me through the process with ease. They kept me constantly updated with everything I needed to know and were over and above the call of duty as far as I can see and hear of from other company's. The hove crew are exactly what you need when buying and or selling a property as far as I know. Many friends of mine commented on how I had been helped out with them and the after sales service I.e checking in that all was good and if there was anything else they could help with. Elliotts were fantastic from beginning to end with their communication and service. They sold the property within a week of going on the market, even when it fell through on the first attempt, they found another buyer inside another week. The professionalism and sturdiness they showed gave us and the buyers confidence and got the sale over the line. Simon was a fundamental part of this and his enthusiasm and hard work was integral to the sale. So happy we used Elliotts.

Having dealt with a number of agents both in Hove and London I can honestly say they have restored my faith in estate agents so when it came to selling my previous rental property I had no hesitation in appointing Elliotts as the sole agent. Despite marketing the property just before the pandemic they managed to adapt and work through what was obviously a very challenging time for everyone. We bought our home through Elliotts when we moved to Hove a few years ago and were very pleased with the service we received so were more than happy to use them again, this time selling. On both occasions the service delivered was professional, helpful and friendly. Brian and his team did a sterling job in steering the sale through in a difficult time for everyone. Particularly towards the end of the process when it looked like the chain might collapse. This was handled in a calm, reassuring manner and the day was saved! Well done Brian. We can't thank the team at Elliotts enough for all the help in our flat sale. We sadly lost our buyer during the process (and our new house couldn't wait for us!), which was really stressful. However, our flat was put straight back onto the market and then sold 3 days later! Steve and his team worked really hard to get new people through the door, and it paid off! Big thanks to them all for turning it around so quickly, and making the process much easier.

From start of valuation, under sad circumstances, to the very end of sale Elliots have been quite fantastic. As I live in Germany communication is always key and Brian was updating me on a regular basis. When I needed to supply any information I never felt under any pressure.The rest of the team were always fully up to date too when I called.
