Brilliant service from Cubitt & West - Banstead

I can say with confidence now that of all the agencies I have dealt with so far, Cubitt & West, Banstead is far the best. They were very supportive in helping us through every aspect of the house buying process. They provided an efficient service and acted competently throughout to ensure we buy our first house fast and sans possible delays. Their team (particularly Alison and Lauren) went out of their way to make our home-buying experience easier. They kept us informed all the time, whilst responding immediately to our queries and requests. Alison and Lauren were incredibly professional, friendly and compassionate about our difficult family circumstances. We will certainly use the service from Cubitt & West again in the future.

Late last year we put my mums property on the market with Cubitt and West (Southsea) as we had used them before and were very happy with them. With prompt attention it was on the market by Christmas and early in the New year we had an offer! sadly the buyer pulled out 6 weeks later, but the property was promptly back on the market and soon we had another offer which is progressing well. Impressed with Cubitt & West Redhill

I have been very impressed with Cubitt & West, Redhill. Kristine Capule, especially, listened to my requirements carefully when I put my property on the market, and she managed to secure a buyer extremely quickly. She was also spot on to suggest properties that I might be interested in, which helped me to find a new property I wanted to buy quickly too. Kristine is extremely professional, courteous and she is a careful listener and has the expertise to get you fast to the next step when it comes to selling and buying property. Nothing is too much trouble, and she is always happy to assist with any additional queries one might have. This is the second time I have instructed Cubitt & West Redhill in the last 7 years, and I have not been disappointed; I have been even more impressed with the team this time.

Being first time buyers and starting the daunting process of finding a property, my fiancé Matt and I had an ‘estate agent crawl’ down Waterlooville High Street to give our details and requirements and ended up in Cubitt & West last and it was definitely a case of saving the best until last. We spoke to Samara who was so friendly and helpful, we walked away feeling much happier and more informed about the whole process as we were given more information than any of the other estate agents we went to and it was a much more personable experience. Could not recommend enough

We have recently sold our property through Cubitt & West and could not recommend the southsea branch enough. We instantly warmed to Maddison the moment she came to do a valuation and throughout the whole journey, she has been invaluable. Amelia and Emily have been incredible whilst conducting viewings and as a result, we sold within just a few days.The entire team has also helped us with our own property search and we have felt nothing but supported and listened to. Zoey showed more interest and requested more knowledge of our home than the competition. The whole experience from start to finish has been very professional from Cubitt and West. Siobhan initially got the property on the market swiftly and got buyers queueing up. Communication was clear, concise and just when I needed it to keep me on track. The team in the background like Lindy and Aumit kept the sale moving along with patience and diligence. Cubit and West Crawley, Excellent Experience.

From the first visit when we decided to test the market we found the team professional and helpful, the online content and video walk round were excellent by and after the first open day our property was sold. Liam and then Nichole were always there to answer our queries and then guide us through the process, communications are always responded to by various staff even if the others were out of the office, I had a few long chats with Liam during the sale and found the whole process stress free, things happen in a long chain and I always felt that this was being dealt with by our sales team and solicitors, we are grateful to Cubit and West for dealing with our sale and recommend them if you are thinking of starting your own sale/buy.

Over the moon with the service we have received from the Horley branch.After speaking to four estate agents about putting our house on the market, we were immediately drawn to Siobhan. Take the stress out of selling…

We have lived in our home since we married, we haven’t had to buy or sell a property for 38 years, we were very anxious about the process and needed guidance and reassurance. We also didn’t want to be sold to.We initially met with Liam Galliford who came around at a time to suit us, he was consultative and reassuring. Liam was very professional and able to answer all of our questions honestly and clearly. His recommended strategy was spot on, we sold our house in 10 days, Liam had said he expected no more than 14. We needed to move fast.Liam was supported in the Crawley office by Scott, Tamsin and Nichole, who arranged all of our viewings. They were all guided, we didn’t need to do anything, and arranged with minimum disruption to our home life. We even agreed a communication method that I was able to manage with my busy work from home schedule.Now waiting for the contracting process to conclude…up to now, the process has not been stressful, just busy and manageable thanks to Liam and his team.Highly recommended.

Great Service

I was very happy with the service I received relating to my purchase with Waterlooville branch. I dealt with Julie Bramble. I was regularly kept informed of the state of play in what was a difficult purchase due to the cyber attack which one of the solicitors in the chain suffered which delayed things. I also felt supported by the agent when other agents in the chain and their clients were putting me and my partner under undue and underserved pressure to hurry things up. I heard more from Julie than I did from my own agent whom I instructed to sell my own property and would have no hesitation in recommending this agent in any future sales process. Thank you.

Emily Casey is the definition of great customer service

Emily Casey has been outstanding over the last couple of days. Very easy to talk with, extremely conscientious and organised. Emily has offered advice on brokers and mortgages which so far no other estate agent has volunteered. She spent time getting to know me instead of just filling out a form and making the experience personal. If I’m honest I want to buy a house just so Emily gets the commission!
