We had a great experience buying with Charles Church in Festival Park Easton, Norwich.We done a part exchange - we were offered a fair market value for the property we part exchanged, the whole process was very smooth and quite simple to be honest. We had a lot of support from the sales advisor, Briana, she was very helpful and supportive during whole process, from the reservation process, to the exchange, to choosing the finishing touches until completion, she was very helpful and made things easier. We moved in on 28th of June, we had a few very minor snags, as you would expect in a new house but they all got resolved in a few weeks, both site managers, Julian and Joe,were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get everything resolved to our satisfaction. Really can't fault them, we're very happy so far.

Lauren could answer all of my questions without hesitation, always returns my calls explained everything with patience if I didn't understand something. No recommend to buy Persimmon Home.Charlies Church is another band name of their group. Service quality will be the same.I bought a house from Charles Church two and a half years ago, At the beginning, the staff always change and the issues not kept in the system and miss follow-up. I should repeat the issues and chase the case. At the 2nd year of my warranty, whatever issue reported, they just tried to avoid the responsibility, you can hear so many rediculous excuse. Their upper management are even worse. I am so exhausted to duel with them in the pass two year. After two years warranty, they refuse to follow up the cases reported within the warranty period. Finally, the only thing you can do is to ask for help from NHBC, you have no choice.

We have recently moved into Festival Park in Norwich and found the process of buying a new build exciting. We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Briana throughout the sales process and the ease of booking an appointment to view the house during the build stage or select our fittings in the home such as the kitchen, tiles, etc. since moving in we have been pleased with the service provided by the site team who are prompt in coming to resolve any snags and are committed to ensuring that the work completed is done to a high standard. Overall we have been extremely pleased with our purchase and can’t see ourselves ever buying a house that isn’t a new build in the future.

TrustpilotOn visiting Charles Church development car damaged
On visiting Charles Church development in Hadleigh and driving to the show house to speak with staff, my car was damaged after construction company put wooden boards and metal plate on driveway. This temporary issue was for residents and customers to drive over with poor planning of the damage it can cause. I have had to take my car to approved BMW repair company for assessment on underneath damage and cost, of which I was informed that the liability insurance company for Knights group company take month's and months to pay out.So be warned if you are visiting Charles Church development Hadleigh your car will be damaged.The lady in office informed me that she had the same issue, it’s a pity she didn’t do something about before my car was damaged.Let’s hope it doesn’t take months and months for my car to be fixed because I will be adding my reviews on here and social media. Charles church company not a great way to treat your customers. ☹️ ☹️

Mark and Samantha are very good listeners.I am not quite sure why communication with the head office, comes back to them.About the Snags. When we send them in, it could help, of there was a file created and that file was ticked off once the snag has been fixed. When we send in addition snags they should be added to the list. That list once updated with the fixes should be shared with us, so we can go and have a look, and if necessary comment on the fix.Any important snag, e.g. the security garden gate, we should have the progress on it, if, as it is, going to take a look g time to fix it, then a temporary solution should be put in place. E.G. a coded lock on the inside and one on the outside, so it is secure and we can open it from the inside and close it, independently from inside and outside just like the front door.I really appreciate that the replacement door into the kitchen, from the hall is being looked at, as this is also a safety issue. We appreciate and have accepted all appliances as they are as we didn't come in at the early stage, we didn't have any say in the type of appliances, Mark and Samantha have stressed that no changes are possible right from the beginning. We are asking for some flexibility with regard to the replacement of washing machine with washer drier. Because I love the house you built, I bought it, with all appliances of somebody else's choice.
