I have viewed a couple of homes with minors and Brady and every time they have been really helpful and got back to me really quick. Ive met Connor at the homes a couple of times now and he's really polite and answers any questions ive had. Would definitely recommend this company to others x

Finally, a company who understands customer service! We had a bad experience with an our previous management company (major UK name) - constantly had to chase them for information and wait days for a response. The opposite is true of Minors and Brady. Sam Burton gave us regular updates on the letting status, answered all our questions the same day, and gave us complete confidence in the process.

Not our first time using Minors and Brady and have to say they are super proficient. From the moment we met Adelaide at the point of introduction. Karol who valued our property and Anya our regular contact. All have proved to be professional, especially helpful and attentive. I had a great experience with Minors and Brady Oulton Broad. I was selling my late fathers house which added extra complications but they were organised and pro-active and goy me an offer. Claire from the aftershaves team helped enormously talking to all parties. When I was let down by a cleaner she conacted their lettings team to find someone who would come out an a bank holiday weekend. Recommend highly.

Minors and Brady just can't take no for an answer. Today, having already been explicitly told that we don't want any contact with them, they post a hand-written note though our door about the property we have for sale elsewhere in the village. Look up my previous review of Minors and Brady when I complained before about being harassed by them. Simply sick of this estate agent.

As first time buyers Minors & Brady were excellent in facilitating our house purchase - special mention to Macey who helped us get to the point of our offer being accepted. Following this we were assigned to Julia from the after sales team who was extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the process and I’m not sure we would ever have exchanged and completed without her support and constant chasing up of all parties! She really goes above and beyond and we are very grateful for all her efforts.
