We are just coming up to completion of our flat purchase in East Preston and we cannot praise George from the East Preston branch highly enough. He has gone above and beyond to try to help us in all aspects of our purchase. He is such a patient, knowledgeable and amenable person. He has been a pleasure to deal with and he is an absolute credit to Cooper Adams and himself. High credit also goes to Aurora who has also been extremely professional, polite, patient and helpful to us. As were Chris and Jason. All in all a five star service. Would highly recommend.

We dealt with Cooper Adams as a buyer and were very impressed with the service - particularly from Jason and Aurora. Most importantly they were responsive and quick to act when we needed. They actually helped us establish a good and productive relationship with our seller, unlike many estate agents. So much better than our own agent, and always professional, polite, eager to help and easy to deal with. A very stark contrast to other local estate agents, the team at Cooper Adams are a rare find.

Would highly recommend Cooper Adams in East Preston. Jason, Aurora and the rest of the team are lovely and fantastic at their jobs. They got us a quick sale at the price we wanted and have made the process easier, keeping us updated the whole way through. We really appreciated how straight forward Jason has made the process with none of the cheesy sales tactics or complications we’d seen with others agents. The high standard of photography and the addition of a video tour really made all the difference. We also felt reassured by the security of having a reservation agreement in place having had bad experiences in the past of losing buyers late in the process of a sale. We’ll certainly use them again should the need arise!

This time last year we were faced with the responsibility, as executors, of clearing and selling a dear friends bungalow in East Preston. We could not have chosen better than Cooper Adam's, all the staff were so helpful, friendly, and cooperative right from the beginning. Thank you for guiding us through a very difficult process. We were very fortunate to sell the property quite quickly, and we found Cooper Adams staff very supportive right the way through until completion..
