Cooper Adams East Preston office, and Jade in particular, are fantastic. As a tenant in one of their rental properties they have always been incredibly helpful when I've needed any maintenance issues addressed, ensuring that the issues are resolved in a timely manner, and every now and again I get a phone call just to check that everything is ok. I'm very lucky to be renting through such a good agency.

Though we did not purchase a property through Cooper Adams in the end, our agent (Pauline) was fantastic at keeping us up-to-date on pertinent properties coming to market over the 3 weeks of our registration. Prospective buyer follow-up is not a common characteristic evident amongst many estate agents presently - certainly with regard to agents in Horsham! - but Cooper Adams was excellent in that regard.
