I’ve just completed both a sale and a purchase through Cooper Adams in East Preston, selling 11 Southview, Angmering-on-Sea and buying 2 Parade Mansions, Sea Road, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide me through what became a very long, drawn-out process. Importantly, none of the delays were down to Cooper Adams, and throughout everything they remained calm, proactive, professional and incredibly supportive.
My main agent, Jason Howell, was exceptional from start to finish. He was always on the ball, always ahead of the curve, and consistently treated the whole process with care and respect. Jason made me feel genuinely heard, took on the stress as if it were his own, and went far beyond what most agents would consider “their job.” He absolutely lived up to Cooper Adams’ promise of transparency and delivering the service they’d want to receive themselves.

Not too pushy, realistic marketing; great use of IT and also use of the Reserved system that provides you, as a seller, some assurance of a serious offer and I would image, as a buyer, likewise. The team kept me informed but did not drown me with information and come the sale itself, Jason and his team were on the case, acting as the 'glue' to keep all sides in the game.
I had gone to two other East Preston estate agents and would not recommend either of them; for a comprehensive service and support, Cooper Adams is the one.

You also mentioned the reservation agreement. For anyone reading, this is a simple way to make a sale more secure. Once a price is agreed, both sides sign and place a small amount of money on hold. It shows commitment and stops people walking away without a good reason. If someone pulls out for no reason the other side receives a payment for their time and costs. If there is a genuine issue the money is just returned. It keeps serious buyers in the process and cuts fall throughs dramatically, which is why so many sellers choose it with us.
