I was introduced to Shaun, owner of Cooper Adams back in 2004 by my mortgage broker at the time Mathew Searle. Since then they have sold 3 properties for me including my parents home in 2016 after they passed. This was a very difficult time for me and pauline handled the sale in a very caring and sensitive manner. My current home was purchased through Rustington Branch we moved in on the 31st March 2021. Cooper Adams are a very professional company the Team are all very approachable and extremly good at what they do. My last sale was particularly difficult and frustrating East Preston branch were always just a phone call away and they managed to steer me and the sale to a successful conclusion with good advice and professionalism. I am staying in a flat owned by the East Preston branch of Copper Adams, so in theory they are my landlord. I have been dealing with a woman called Jade Foster. Since moving in in July, Jade has been brilliant. Any issues or questions I have had surrounding the flat, have been dealt with quickly and professionally by Jade. I first contacted Jade from Cooper Adams in East Preston when I required some advice in relation to saving for a first time buy. Jade was extremely patient and helpful, listening to what my future plans were and asking questions about what type of build/sized house I wanted to aim for. After a long conversation Jade referred me to Ryan from Clearwater Mortgages who also spent a long time listening to what I had to say, Ryan spent ages totalling up different figures and giving me various options which would allow me to reach my long term goal. It’s very rare to come across an estate agency that does what it says it can do. But with Cooper Adams they don’t just do what they say they do, they excel at it, and better than many other agents we’ve used over the years. As a small property developer it’s important to us that buyers of our houses have a great experience… from when they start searching for a property through to when they move into their new home. We find that working with Cooper Adams is great; they understand what their buyers are looking for and work hard to find the right property to suit them. On top of that everyone in the office is friendly, helpful and they are extremely good at keeping everyone informed on progress all of which adds the extra bit of reassurance that’s needed during any sale. We felt Cooper Adams’ honest advice was refreshing and exactly what we wanted. They suggested improvements and tweaks to improve the saleability. Friendly and courteous at all times. We started with discreet marketing and when we found the house we wanted everything went into top gear immediately. At no time were we put under any pressure. All viewings were accompanied by a full time member of staff.
