GoogleHaving been a Landlord for 25 years you get to know what you want and need from your Letting Agent. My old Agents had become unreliable and sloppy so with some intrepidation in having to change we chose Cooper Adams. Shaun listened to all my quirky needs and wants and advised me fairly and professionally throughout. Within weeks Cooper Adams had found us a new tenant and kept us informed from start to finish. Very happy with their service and their attention to detail. Here's hoping they continue to make my life easier each time we change tenants. I would definitely recommend them. A reliable caring and professional Company with high standards. Glad we made the jump!

Words that until this point I have never used in response to a letting agent....until now. Highly recommend Cooper Adams as i would also highly recommend Sam .

GoogleWhat a shame! Call me old fashioned but if someone is not happy with a service and it can not be rectified you should be able to say Thank you very much and walk away. This small ONE office Estate Agent was determined to keep me tied in for the whole 16 weeks (much longer than most agents) of the contract. Not even a sole agency contract but a sole selling contract which means even if I found a buyer for my house myself they would still take their commission. Yes, I signed the agreement, however, Estate Agents are duty bound to highlight the COOLING off period which although was in the written agreement was not pointed out to me. I suggested going Multi Agent with a mainstream well know Estate Agents, Cooper Adams would only agree if the other agent shared the commission rather than the agent who finds the buyer receiving all the commission. No main agent would even consider such a deal. Even now that I have served my time with this Agent they have not taken my house off their web site or other web sites as I have requested them to do. I also am still receiving calls from them to book viewings when they know full well I have signed with another agent. I think they are passive aggressive in there approach using the fact that I am now so very eager to sale. Does this mean they do not have many properties to sell or are desperate for the commission? I don't know, but I do know a whole summer was wasted with Cooper Adams, absolutely appalled.
Dear Elaine, I sincerely apologise you feel unhappy with our service. But I do feel you have been very unfair in your criticisms. When I first came to visit you - you had a lot of complaints about your previous agent and their inability to sell your house (maybe this should have opened my eyes), their poor photography etc. I explained our photos are the best around [ http://cooper-adams.com/fantastic-photography/ ] and we spend a lot of time on preparing our marketing for all our properties. On our initial meeting I explained all the research I had carried out of other similar properties and what they had been marketed at and sold for but you insisted on trying a high asking price. I went through our agreement and asked you to read it through carefully and properly in your own time before committing to anything. In our fair and legal agreement it states about our cooling off period and in fact is the only part of the agreement to have a big box drawn around it to highlight it. As you know well we did not charge you one penny for our professional photography, our large format brochures, our newspaper advertising, all our website advertising, all our accompanied viewings with next day feedback, our floorplans and so on. We only charge if we sell it - that is why I held you to our agreement. Not even half way through our agreement after all our unpaid work you wanted to give it to another agent and leave us with nothing. I suggested we split our fee with other agents close to you but after every agent I spoke to, I then came back to you and you declined them? Contrary to your statement 'no main agent would consider this' unfortunately this is incorrect. Thank you again for your feedback, we are always improving our service to clients and out of the many many extremely happy clients we still feel very disappointed we have not lived up to your mark.

GoogleI originally used Cooper Adams (East Preson branch) when I moved into my house back in 2010. I was impressed by the service then and was not disappointed when I chose them again for my current move. Their attention to detail and response to questions was excellent. A special mention for Jack Champion who assisted all the way through the sale process, always available and helpful. He negotiated on my behalf to get the deal that I wanted. I recommend using the Reservation Agreement - it costs money up-front but it did help resolve a tricky problem and save me money in the process.

Having been a lawyer and dealt many times with the firm over the years, their attention to detail and professionalism was second to none. In recent times I engaged the firm to sell my Aunt's bungalow and was delighted with the outcome, both in terms of the price obtained and the speed with which a suitable Buyer was found.

GoogleIf you want a truly professional experience from start to finish then Cooper Adams is the estate agent for you. The whole team worked seamlessly together from the initial viewing of the property, through to arranging great photos and the walk through video, to the sophisticated narrative on the property brochure. It was a simple process getting the property on the market. And even better, when the property was on the market, the regular feedback from viewings was totally reassuring. Once an offer had been accepted, special mention must go to Jack, who managed the weeks to exchange skillfully - chasing the rest of our chain regularly and keeping me up to speed at all times. He exemplifies the efficient and effective way the entire Cooper Adams team operates. If you want an enthusiastic and professional team, a sophisticated product (the video walk through was a big distinguishing feature alongside the quality of the rest of the package) and realistic and useful feedback, then this is the team for you. Cooper Adams are highly recommended and if Jack handles your sale you can be confident that you are in safe hands.
