Really impressed by the team at Cooper Adam’s East Preston. We had an excellent experience with the East Preston branch of Cooper Adams, who have just sold our property at the most difficult time, and at the price we had hoped for. They put together a formidable brochure and organised multiple viewings with an offer quickly arising out of these. They were generally very helpful, not only in providing recommendations for the various back-up services (clearance, etc), but also responded to our cry for help and went along to turn the heating off in our empty house when the weather got suddenly warmer. They kept us posted at every stage of the sale process, including detailed feedback on all viewings and were friendly and professional at all times. Debi and Pauline and their team have been excellent in getting my mother's flat sold quickly. She had to go into a nursing home so it was important to sell the flat quickly to meet the cost of the Home. As I do not live near the extra services they provided like finding me a plumber to get the washing machine disconnected, someone to clear the flat, letting in surveyors, were well worth the higher cost compared to an online agency. Cooper Adams have been managing the rental of our property for over 4 years whilst we are living overseas. As a result, we never have to worry about our house. If any issue arises we are notified immediately and the problem is sorted, whether it be maintenance or repair issues. Communication is excellent and the service is always exemplary. My wife Carol and I were desperate to find a property to buy since we were at the end of a tenancy. Then we found Cooper Adams and Emma, and the flat that we wanted. It was a partnership that was mean to be. We can't say enough about Emma and the East Preston team at Cooper Adams. They gave us confidence every time we spoke to them. They changed our perceptions about Estate Agents, and we like to believe that we became friends with Emma and the ladies in the office during the sometimes painful wrangling with attorneys.
