Scott Fraser used to be an excellent company with a skilful and dedicated staff who looked after our properties brilliantly. It has gone COMPLETELY off the boil. They never reply to emails from landlords and never return phone calls. I strongly suggest any landlord avoids them at all cost.

GoogleScott Fraser have managed my properties in Oxford for over ten years, starting with one and now four. They have always been reliable and seem to look after their clients' interests for the longer term. The portfolio manager system introduced a few years ago (now Gareth and Rebecca for me) is a real plus so there is one point of contcat for properties in more than one location. Happy to recommend them, indeed I have done.

GoogleI was a first time buyer when I purchased my property through Scott Fraser. Though this can be a stressful experience I was delighted with the service provided by Edward Parkinson who kept me informed and updated at all stages of the process and was always proactive in chasing information and then informing me. I was delighted with how quickly the sale went from offer to completion and would not hesitate in recommending their services.

The deposit they required was an absurd amount at 2 months rent. And when it came to getting the deposit back it was a scam how much they tried to take. £666 for a clean despite us cleaning thoroughly and even more for maintenance etc. Out of the near £7000 deposit they tried to take £1400 even though most of the money was for general wear and tear.

GoogleReally happy with our experience selling our house through Scott Fraser on Cowley Road. Anna Hardy, our agent, was brilliant help and chased the chain quickly and efficiently to keep the process moving along. They were also excellent as the go between, between ourselves and the buyer and the various solicitors and fed back answers very quickly making the process as stress-free as possible (very quick response to emails and phone calls)

Very poorly managed agency where the staff are arrogant, rude and inefficient. Scott Fraser treats tenants with contempt. When my 18 year old daughter moved in, the security gate was broken and Rosa the property manager yelled at her for being worried about intruders. Sadly, everyone I or my daughter has spoken to at the agency has the same attitude

GoogleAs a tenant i would not be recommending them. After all the fees I have paid to them I would expect a more speedy service from them. The other days we has a plumping issue -there was some irritating and constant noise coming out of the bathroom plumbing- and it took them a week to have someone come and have a look at it. A sleepless week that was.
