GoogleAs a tenant i would not be recommending them. After all the fees I have paid to them I would expect a more speedy service from them. The other days we has a plumping issue -there was some irritating and constant noise coming out of the bathroom plumbing- and it took them a week to have someone come and have a look at it. A sleepless week that was.

Quite quite bad. Firstly, the property manager was not able to assist me with anything during my tenancy. What is the purpose of your job if you "can't help" with anything? Now that my tenancy agreement has come to an end and I've moved out, I don't even get replies to my e-mails. I would recommend people to avoid this agency if possible.

I have recently been to a property viewing where Liam, from Scott Fraser Headington branch, showed us around. We ended up opting for a different property but have to say that Liam's service was great. He was friendly, approachable and enthusiastic from the start, allowed us to see the property calmly, take photos if needed, even try out the bed. Great customer service.

GoogleEdward Parkinson, then based at scottfraser's Headington office, helped us sell our previous home earlier this year. The market was buoyant at the time yet it was Edward's expertise and enthusiasm that made the sale a smooth and pleasant experience. We had multiple offers quickly and achieved a level beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend scottfraser, which has a strong presence in Oxford, and Edward in particular.

I have been looking for a second investment property and Oliver Saxton particularly has been so helpful and professional. I have been kept informed as and when new properties are coming on the market and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending them very highly.

GoogleWe had issues with renewal of licence on our HMO property. The officer from Oxford council had misguided us. Victoria Mellor, from SF dealt with the renewal on our behalf. She was polite and tenacious with her dealings with the council, who in the end, agreed with our point of view, saving us the re inspection fee. Many thanks and keep up the good work.
