In my time with the Property Store I received excellent service from Rachel and her colleagues. The team are both professional and friendly. They kept me informed of all that I needed to know about the letting process as a landlord and kept me right in all things to do with my property and lease arrangements. As a novice landlord I felt reassured by their support and guidance. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

I have used The Property Store to manage my properties since 2008. During this time I have received a high standard of service from the company, they are both professional and friendly. They have always gone the extra mile to help me through some difficult challenges over the years and I would highly recommend them to look after your property without hesitation. So thanks to all the current team, and all the other people I have dealt with. John R.

Heard back from The Property Store not long after we had applied for a flat. Kristy was incredibly helpful and very well in communicating with me and my girlfriend as we successfully rented our first flat together.

I live in Cumbernauld and Euan at the property store provided us with his service to sell our house. From start to finish it was complete professionalism. He was at the end of a call or email any time we needed an answer to something. He was so friendly and made us feel at ease and had our house sold in no time. I would never look anywhere else if I needed an estate agent again. 10 out of 10.PositiveProfessionalism

We've rented a property via EK PS last year and it was a simply great experience. After renting for years in London / Oxford we were a bit skeptical about the industry but they proven us wrong! PS provided us with a great response and great service - full professionalism and attention to detail, and willingness to help! only if all agencies could be like that :) I could not speak more highly of them. Well done and all the best to the whole team!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Everyone is extremely professional, in person or over the phone. Nothing is ever a bother, infact quite the opposite. They had a client for my property before I had even completed the refurb. Dealt with everything efficiently and in a timely manner. I deal with Lisa, who is very good at her job. Any questions or issues I have had have been dealt with immediately with absolutely no drama. I will have them to continue to look after my properties. Great value for the work and service they provide. Can't recommend enough!

I have been with the Property Store EK for over 20 years and it is with mixed feelings that I have sold my house to my tenants. I would fail miserably if I tried to name all of the Property Store staff who have looked after me and my wee house over the years - so a Big Thank You to ‘The Team’. Having been so well looked after on the letting front, the obvious choice was to sell through the sales side and it was seamless. The team know the local area, and relate to buyers, sellers and those renting with confidence and courtesy. If you are moving to the area or up/downsizing locally - the Property Store EK will look after you.

We used Property Store EK to sell our house a couple of months ago and honestly can’t praise them enough. From start to finish everything was seamless, amazing photos and management of viewings 5* service. Our house was on the market just 4 days before it was sold! Thank you again to Euan for being on hand to help and answer any questions we had through our short journey selling our first home!

I am absolutely pleased with the standard of service I have received from The Property Store, particularly from Rachel who have kept me informed and updates every step of the way through emails and phone calls. Her response time and communication is first class and has been a pleasure to talk to each time. The procedure and efficiency is flawless, and I cannot fault any part of my experience. I am impressed with how quickly everything is moving ahead from the start to finish and I cannot express how much I would recommend The Property Store.

Engaged this wonderful company last March. Was reluctant to let my property out as had terrible experiences with other agencies before. The Property Store, from the outset, provided a wonderful service, the quality of pictures and the content on my property listing was superb. This was via Rachel whom was very accomplished in capturing the best pictures of my flat. The filtering of prospective tenants and referencing was fantastic, and they kept me informed throughout the process. I have had a tenant within my property for the last year, and absolutely no issues. I thoroughly recommend the Property Store, and doubt there is a better property manager within the locality

I cannot praise The Property Store highly enough. I recently instructed the sale of a house in Ralston, Paisley and the experienced tag team of June and Euan soon got to work, handling absolutely everything from arranging for the home report through viewings and offers to final settlement. They kept me fully informed of each and every development adding their professional advice where necessary. No fuss, no bother and no over promising - that’s what I liked best. It was the most professional property transaction I have ever done. And I didn’t have to do a thing. I can’t say any more than that!
