I first met Euan and Aiden as a potential buyer and was impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, manner and the way in which they presented themselves. I then went on to observe the Property Store online format and was pleased to see their layout, lovely clear photos and videos. Absolutely delighted with every aspect of the service received from Euan, Aidan and everyone at The Property Store. After a poor experience with a previous estate agent I was a little apprehensive however Euan made everything so effortless. Out within 2 days to take pictures, Aidan came along and used a drone for a bird eye view of the house and the 360 degree camera made for top class pictures. Euan gave very detailed advice about the property and area and that advice paid off as the property sold 4 days later after several viewings within a few days. Pro active , available 7 days a week , outstanding marketing and communication as well as fantastic customer service. I couldn’t recommend The Property Store enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had some concerns about selling a property that I hadn't visited in over a decade, in a location that was a five hour round trip from where I currently live. But this turned out to be the most perfect selling experience I could have asked for. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, often without me even needing to ask. Excellent communication throughout, keeping me on top of the process. Local services were sourced at an incredibly low price without me having to lift a finger. It was such a fantastic experience, I'm almost tempted to buy another house in EK just to be able to sell it through The Property Store!

Fantastic service from all involved at The Property Store. From first enquiry to the sale of the property, everything was seamless and easy to deal with. First dealt with Euan over the phone and then met at the flat to have all the photos done. I felt that Euan was excited about the possibility of selling the flat and his enthusiasm let me know how much he cared about his job. Cannot fault my experience with the property store, Euan was incredibly professional from start to finish, his pitch was simple easy to understand and executed perfectly. The 3D photos taken were brilliant and showed the home to buyers in a unique way. Thanks also to June who handled all the buyers resulting in a result well above the surveyors estimate. I cannot praise the Property Store, in particular, Euan and Aidan enough for everything they done for me and my family. From the get go, they were very helpful. Honestly, cannot praise EK's Property Store enough. I've moved ALOT so have dealt with my fair share of letting stores and agents. Selling or buying a property can prove to be a very stressful experience but Euan and June made the whole process completely stress free.
