As a first time buyer we had no idea really of the whole process, we saw a house we liked, I emailed Euan about a viewing and had a response instantly! We then phoned out of work hours to place an offer and he was more than happy to answer, same thing later at night to tell us our offer had been accepted as he didn’t want to keep us waiting! Really Impressed with customer service received from Euan ,i had enquired about a property for sale in Moodiesburn, these houses sell in literally a few days so when I enquired late on Monday evening I didn't expect a reply . To my delight I was emailed back almost immediately with details requested and asking me if I wished to view the property. I had to await for agreement in principal the following day so didn't want to commit to a time. I received a nice friendly follow up call on Wednesday to offer me an appointment time and again on Thursday to advise of closing dates incase I was still keen. I felt this was such a personal touch, no pushy sales patter, just a genuine friendly agent willing to help and offer other services they have available. You don't always get this good approach with sales agents , I was really impressed and would defo recommend Euan to others.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Just finished my tenancy in 6th rented property over 7 years (partner was a contractor so we've moved around the country). 3 of those in Glasgow. Sounds like a cliché but The Property Store is easily the best lettings agent I've experienced. They have made the last 18+months in my lovely EK flat so smooth, including the transition into and out of the flat. Been renting through The Property Store for just over a year now. If there are ever any issues they are resolved with immediate effect. Yesterday I noticed that there was water leaking from the shower. I tried to investigate but the pipe burst and the water started gushing out! I phoned the property store straight away and they had a water technician on the phone to me within ten mins and he arrived at my front door after a further ten mins! Technician was very pleasant and got the job done so quickly! From panic stations to big smiles in the space of 45 mins! Very extremely impressed and can not recommend enough! A big thank you to Jemma who organised the repair for me! Keep up the fantastic service!

From start to finish, what a fantastic service from the team of staff at the Property Store when selling my parents house in Giffnock. Special mention to Euan who gave advice on how best to market the property and on maximising value. Behind the scenes, working so well was June and others taking phone calls,arranging viewings and keeping me informed with regular updates. Very efficient and organised right through to a recommended closing date which was definitely best advice. The level of professionalism and service was exceptional. My first time using the Property Store and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell or rent. We dealt with Euan Robb and, whilst we didn't sell our property and were the buyers in this instance, he treated us very kindly and professionally. Most agents chase after a sale but Euan was very transparent, answered as soon as possible and was easy to communicate with. Even post sale, he is very open and responds as soon as he can. He treats you as if you were friends. When we picked up the keys, his colleagues were just as kind, very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!

As a first time buyer, I can't recommend The Property Store and in particular Euan enough! We went to view our first house and Euan made us feel so at ease and answered any questions I had about the buying process and what would be involved etc. The benefit of being able to see the house in the evening after working hours was great as well, as I know not many agents offer this service. On this occasion, we didn't buy the property due to there being a higher offer made but I genuinely can't praise Euan enough for just being so lovely and his excellent customer service. At no point was he pushy for a sale, he was upfront and honest about everything from the beginning, so thank you!

In my 4 years renting a property from the property store I had no issues till I moved out. They lost the signed mandate that I had completed for painting the property so then charged me for re decoration. Emails which I had showing proof were on an old email account so due to that it was their word against mine. They also did not send me proof of the signed copy I had completed. They also wanted to charge me for removing items from under the sink which I left in good faith (fairy liquid, dish washer tablets etc) and also charged me for stickers that were present on the tiles in the kitchen. I pointed out to Lauren the staff member that the stickers were on the inventory when I moved into the property in 2015 but she did not acknowledge her error or apologise. There were also a couple of issues with cleaning which I’ll admit I missed but I left the property looking better due to me painting and cleaning the carpets properly. I took all issues to Safe Deposit Scotland and had the case looked into. FRAUD?? = The Property store did NOT include the issue of Cleaning products under the sink or the stickers on the tiles which meant I could not dispute this with Safe Deposit as The Property store had not included this as one of the disputes I had made in their case. I see this as fraud. I wanted to dispute all issues and they didn’t let me. Disgraceful!!!! Safe Deposit have advised me to take to a tribunal when they reopen. Due to the current issues with the country they have stopped taking new cases but I will consider this to get money repaid to me due to the incompetence of the staff not including all issues to the adjudicator at Safe Deposit. I also left up to £300 worth of items in the flat, these being Scottish Power connect system to control the heating, a new living-room blind and also a new kitchen floor. I updated these items while I was there and left them as a thank you to the landlord as I had not issues with the rental. I got no thanks from the landlord or The Property Store for leaving these. All they were interested in was getting money from me. The case with Safe Deposit Scotland was found in the favour of the landlord due to me not having exact evidence saying I had proof to paint which I still don’t agree with but that’s the decision I need to go with. Also, when I got to the Property store on my check out date, I entered an empty reception and after a few minutes Lauren eventually appeared. I was taking to a very small room to sign some paperwork and then left. No “thanks for your custom” or “we hope you will consider us in the future”. Disgusting customer service from the staff. I certainly will never be one of their customers again and warn all future tenants to get proof of everything sent to you, leave nothing in the property either as a thank you. Or better still, go to another agent for your rental.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I had a viewing today where I was met with Fiona who was extremely friendly and professional. I have had alot of different experiences with different letting agents, some not all that great, however I found Fiona was by far the most genuine and helpful with a lovely nature and she showed genuine interest in what we were saying. She went out of her way to show us another property as the first one was too small for my family. Fiona gave us great information on the area and local amenities. The property store have been absolutely amazing. From the moment I put a note of interest in on a property to rent Erin took over and helped with every query and concern that I have. She was able to get back to me quickly and within a few days the agreements were signed and I collected my keys 2 weeks later. Collecting my keys could not be easier, and the cute little welcome box was an added bonus. Within the first week of being in the property I had to contact them regarding a repair, within a couple of hours the Landlord contacted me and the repair was done quickly. I honestly cannot fault the Property store and how seamless it was to rent a property with them. The first time selling a property can be daunting however, The Property Store made everything stress free and simple. From day one until the property sold, communication was great, service was great and most of all the staff were amazing. There is no pressure to go with them unlike some other companies. They don’t bad mouth other estate agents again, unlike other companies and when another property in the same block went up for sale one week within mine, the property store got mine sold much quicker than the other property who was being marketed by Home Connexions in East Kilbride. Extremely disappointed with this company. We live overseas & put our complete trust in them to manage our property. Initially we were advised that the property would be checked at regular intervals, including the garden. I was particularly concerned that the garden would be kept up to standard as we purchased the house as a new build & had spent a considerable amount of money having the garden professionally landscaped. We found over the letting period of six years that if any issues were identified ,we were the ones to push for an outcome. Communication was poor & on more than one occasion we had to contact them for information. It was for this reason I asked a landscaping firm to take pictures of the garden & initiated a regular check with them regarding the neglected state of external areas of the property. At no stage did the agent highlight that the tenants had completely neglected all outside areas. There were also other issues regarding the interior of the property that had been worn or neglected, that if perhaps had been highlighted at the time could have possibly prevented further deterioration where repairs could be carried out. My advice to anyone considering using this agent would be if you value your property to go elsewhere.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff at the property store in East Kilbride. Levels of communication throughout buying and selling were pitched just right so I was well informed but not stressed. They helped me with the purchase of my home and also to sell a property.
