I recently sold my house through Property Store, I highly recommend them. They provided very high quality photos, drone footage of the property, very detailed floor plans with measurements. They also provided valuable insights from viewers themselves as well as details on the web tracking to the listing etc. Really useful information and it allows you as the seller to make any neccessary adjustments for following viewings that may help the sale. The team themselves were great, they were friendly and very helpful throughout.

We as a family put my late brothers property on the market. This was a hard decision due to the emotional background with the house. Right from the word go Euan from the property store took control of everything . House went on sale the Tuesday night, recieved calls on Wednesday for viewings on the Thursday and by Friday lunch time it was sold. As I stated this was a sensitive matter but , I must say Euan made it really easy for me for something I expected to be so difficult. Euan gives 100% to his job. We sold our property last month through The Property Store EK. After contacting and meeting a number of Estate Agents we settled on The Property Store due to their helpful, friendly and professional approach. We were not disappointed! From the very start, Euan went out of his way to help us through the process. His communication is outstanding. He is available outside the usual working hours, including weekends, and we couldn't believe he even answered the phone at 8pm on a Friday evening when we had a question! Nothing was too much trouble. Within days coming soon boards were up, the home report was done and within a week the property was sold. Throughout the whole process, Euan kept in touch and even linked in with our buyers and kept us informed when there was a delay with the purchase. It was so reassuring to know that we could contact him at any time and we were delighted with all of the support and advice. June's photos are excellent and really showcase your house. Having looked at a number of agents I decided to use the property store to sell my home. I was initially concerned that the business was located in EK when my property was in paisley. Euan came out to see me promptly before the property was ready for the market and gave me some pointers on preparation. He was great to work with, easy to contact day or night and arranged calls to suit my schedule regardless of when this was. The photos taken were excellent and detailed and his support through from all aspects has been fantastic and continues to be so through the selling process. The property was only marketed for 3 days before reciving an offer I was happy to accept and with a number of viewings booked for the future through a very proactive approach from the team. As an additional positive for the business and Euan they also support a local charity ran organisation which was excellent to see and I was more than happy to help with support. I could not recommend the property store and especially Euan highly enough.

My wife and I had originally chosen purple bricks to sell our house but after we went to view a property we met June from the property store in East Kilbride and she was brilliant . We didn’t buy that house but we did decide straight away to go with June as she has loads of experience and a great a approach to both buying and selling . It’s been a really smooth experience and we sold our house in under two weeks . She answered the phone to me every time I called her (even at 8am on a Sunday morning) she was very quick to reply to emails and always available for advice wether it was related to the job she was doing or not . A friend of mine is letting her properties through The Property Store and when I was planning to buy a flat she recommended to get in touch with Karen. Back then I was not sure whether I would buy something in the area that The Property Store covers, but I was new to letting a property and needed some professional advise. I gave Karen a call and from that very firs conversation throughout the purchase, marketing and letting she has been amazing. She was so helpful and nice when I called her the first time out of the blue, bombarded her with millions of questions, she listened carefully and explained everything patiently. I decided to buy something in the area she covers as I wanted HER to look after the letting of my flat. She has just found me a tenant so we are only at the beginning of our journey but so far I couldn't be happier. There was a week when Karen was on annual leave and her colleague Yvonne managed her clients and she was lovely and helpful as well.
