GoogleI found all of the staff approachable and consistent in their efforts to make the selling process as simple as possible. The house that was being sold was only on the market for about 10 days. Once the sale was agreed the staff were still very helpful with any ongoing queries that I had and offered a higher level of support than I expected.

GoogleI have been renting with the property store for nearly 5 years now. Whenever I inform them of issues in the property, whether it be an issue with the washing machine, the toilet leaking, and most recently, a door handle needing repaired, the issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. Credit to their staff, as well as to the landlord, for a quick response, and making my stay in this property less stressful. Thanks.

We dealt with Karen and she took control of the whole process from start to finish, updating us as and when necessary. It really took the stress out of everything and gave us great reassurance that everything was being done correctly and that nothing was overlooked.

GoogleJust finished my tenancy with the property store East Kilbride after 2 and a half years and I can honestly say that they are the best agents around by a country mile. The service they provide is 2nd to none and it was an absolute pleasure to be with them so long. Euan, Gill, Rachael and all the team thank you for looking after me and my Family while we were with you its been fantastic.

GoogleAlthough my tenancy has recently come to an end prematurely due to damage caused by the cold weather over xmas the girls at the property store have been more than helpful. Even offering some advice on how to deal with my contents insurance. This was also the only letting agent I have been with that left me a welcome card for move in date which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

We selected the Property Store as we no longer live locally, and being remote, it was important for us to have an agent who was professional, fully compliant, abreast of legislation with high standards in tenant care. The team are excellent, with repairs handled quickly, (and competitively), and the lettings team keep us fully briefed on any changes in tenants. Thoroughly recommended.

We have had to have a few repairs and white goods replaced, this has all been done efficiently with little impact to us. Euan and June that we worked with were both extremely responsive and kept us up to date immediately once we had viewers and then an offer. Their floor plan, the photos and the 3d house walkthrough were all done to a really high standard and we had absolutely no issues beginning to end. Would highly recommend!
