Huge praise for this Estate Agency. My partner and I began looking for flats via another letting agency and had a lot of let downs, then came across a flat nearby advertised by The Property Store but it was taken, but the girl suggested a house for us, and we have moved in there and so far so good! The agency employees give superb customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our experience getting everything processed was near enough perfect too. Quite lenient with payment plans for first payment, and they are happy to let you print things off at their office if need be. Reason I dont give five stars is the two admin errors in our tenancy agreement that needed fixed that delayed finalising our lease but it was a minor set back, and easily fixable. I would highly recommend at least viewing some properties via this agency as I believe the properties either sold or for rent are of high standard going by the two we asked about and making an offer. Finally, special thanks in particular to Kristy who was very warm and welcoming at viewing, enthusiastic and happy to help us, and also Rachael for all her help at the office with paperwork and managing to negotiate our pet cat with the landlord.

The professionalism, customer service and pride in work shown by June and Euan is second to none. They sold our house in under 2 days from going on the market during summer holiday time when we thought we might struggle to sell! The photos and brochure pulled together were fantastic and June spent a lot of time getting the pictures just right, we can't thank her enough.

Wish I could give no stars - this agency cancelled our viewing as we arrived on the doorstep on the property, having taken a day off work and travelled from Edinburgh to do so. We were told on the phone that she could see that this "wasn't ideal" and had the absolute cheek to ask if we'd like to reschedule for another day, all with a bored, dismissive tone. Seems we have dodged a bullet with this agency - either the whole thing is a scam, or the place is run by feckless, unprofessional idiots with no manners, courtesy or respect for the time of the people they deal with. An absolute disgrace.

Highly recommended. I have been a buy to let Landlord for 25+ years. Had the Property Store been about then it would have been a far smoother ride. I find the staff friendly, courteous and above all, professional. I am confident my interests are looked after with this firm. I sacked a previous letting agent and transferred my tenant of four years to the Property Store. A year down the line and the tenant commented to me that the old agents were awful and the Property Store staff are great and that it was well worth the minor hassle to swap. The Property Store take Landlord responsibility’s very seriously and are not averse to mild nagging of the Landlord if all is not right with the property. They do get a great balance of looking after tenants and owners. If you’re looking for a Letting Agent, look no further, these are the best in East Kilbride.

Never again! Terrible communications with us as tenants. Moved into the property with only one working light bulb and heating problems. Repeatedly asked them for a wheelie bin for the property which was never provided. Everything they say needs to be chased up several times before it gets done, if ever. Got locked out of the flat after an unsupervised inspection (Intolerable behaviour!) due to an unidentified agent locking a lock on a door that we never had the key for! Absolutely wouldn't rent from them again.

I can’t fault the property store one bit for their assistance and professionalism throughout the whole process of the sale of my family home. Having lived in the property for 30 years, I wasn’t exactly in a rush to sell and wasn’t willing to accept just any offer. The property store more than matched our valuation of our home, and considered the sentimental value to us as well when in discussion regarding possible buyers and offers. I would highly recommend the property store and Euan in particular. He was available to me pretty much 24/7 and talked me through every step when I was unsure about how the process worked, and most importantly to me, I felt comfortable and didn’t feel rushed at any point during the sale. We were looking to buy a property in a city who's market was new to us. We easily arranged to view a property at a time that suited. We met Euan who was prompt, very professional and did a great job selling us on the property. He then ensured we could easily contact him out of normal hours and he was a great intermediary between us and the vendor. This allowed us to quickly agree a deal and we secured the property at a good price in a fast moving market. As the buyer I had a great outcome and I have to say as a vendor I will be happy to deal with Euan again as I am sure he would get me a similar outcome. Overall I would rate my experience as excellent.
