Everything from sourcing and advising on new tenants, obtaining references, drawing up agreements, rental guarantees, inventories, inspections, electrical certificates, all aspects of maintence problems dealt with by a great team of contractors, in fact too much to mention, is handled but their great team in a very timely manner. GoogleI had a really great experience finding a property with Anthony Lettings - As much as moving is stressful, it really makes a difference to have a highly professional and responsive team like this to guide you through the process of renting and to deal with any issues. I dealt with the agent (Luke Welch) from the beginning of viewing the property all the way through referencing, to signing the contract and moving in. Incredibly helpful and reliable throughout. The communication was by far the best I've experienced when trying organise a property move. Would recommend this team 100%

GoogleAnthony Lettings are incredibly professional and they are always available to help with any situations that arise. They are trustworthy and there are times when I could not be home for say the boiler engineer to carry out his checks and I have been happy for them to let themselves in to do what they need. Never any issues or problems. They follow and adhere to all their legal requirements and notify you when required. Excellent customer service!

GoogleI've been using Anthony Lettings on a 'let only' for many years with success. I have now just upgraded to 'full management' and must say that I am extremely impressed. They found me a professional clean with only hours' notice, fitted smoke alarms which I'd overlooked and transferred utility bills and produced the most detailed inventory that I've ever seen. They did all these things within a week without any need to trouble me at all. Very efficiently done. Thanks.

GoogleUtter garbage! Contacted them TWICE to arrange some viewings. After taking all my details TWICE they never bothered to get back to me to book viewings. Lost business for them and certainly no future business from me. If they can't be bothered even replying to requests for viewings I dread to think what the service is like once they actually sell/let you a place.
Hi Lights are on, Sorry to hear you feel you have received a bad service. If you could provide me with your details so I can look into the situation for you. Unfortunately as we are the largest independent letting specialist locally, it's not always physically possible to book viewings in there and then and a number of factors come into play such as if the property is tenanted, if we are managing the property or advertising on behalf of landlord. For vacant properties, our average time from phone call/email to booking in is 23 minutes. For properties whereby we need to contact tenants/landlords for access the average time is 8 hours so can only apologise if you have waited longer than the average time.
