GoogleWe had great service from Anthony lettings and especially Stavros and Gemma. It is so rarely nowadays to have good Estate agent especially when you are a tenant. When there was an issue or something to be repaired in the flat, we had great communication with Gemma, she was actioning everything asap.
When we had to move out we had more dealings with Stavros. He was really nice and very respectful. When you move it gets really busy and it is annoying to be pressured, however we didn't have this and everything went very smooth. Thank you team

GoogleMy Partner & I rented our flat through Anthony Lettings back in August 2022.
Jamie showed us the first place we viewed, which we found via their Instagram page. The page is definitely worth checking out, as they upload links to flats as soon as they come online. Jamie was our point of contact for all flats we viewed, and any questions we had relating to that.
Once we decided on a flat, Luke was our point of contact. He was the friendly face who walked us through both the viewing and application stages.
Overall, the service of both Jamie and Luke was superb. They were very attentive, helpful, informative and worked fast. We felt well looked after and love our new home.

FacebookNot happy at all with the service. After 2 and a half weeks waiting and providing all the documents didn’t accept our offer and let us down. In 10 days time we need to leave our current accommodation and with a 5 months baby is really hard to find something last minute. Totally not recommended, specially agent named Alex was all the time bothered and many times not answering the phone and wasn’t easy to contact him. We provide them with payslips, employer’s details, bank statements and our accountant details but for some reason they always keep asking for more!!! We were waiting for a letter from HRMC that takes 3 weeks. Obviously is nothing we can do as we don’t work for the HRMC and had to wait too, clearly that bothered them and they cancel our offer. I need to mention that we had already paid holding fee of 230£ and they not refunding that money! Additionally, they start to view the house again to other people and all that before they let us know that we can’t rent it. Disappointed, annoyed and really sad.

Thanks for your review but as stated in the 3 emails sent to you along with the countless emails/texts from Goodlord, you failed to supply verified accounts for your partner as he is self-employed and could not provide a verified work reference for yourself. We reopened the reference twice which comes at a further cost each time, the 2 and a half weeks was waiting for your references to be completed. The average time of references is 3 days and as you mentioned, this took 2 and a half weeks. The criteria to pass the references is clearly displayed on the Rightmove advert before you even view the property so please take greater care in reading this along with any legal documents you sign such as the tenancy guide. Which again, equally informs you of all of the potential pitfalls of not meeting the reference criteria. As you can see we have extremely good reviews online and whilst we understand we cannot please everyone, your review I believe is very misleading compared to the actual timeline of events. Good luck with your search.

GoogleI've had a great experience with this company. I only leave reviews for really great or really poor companies and they were great. Our tenancy was with another managing agent who always sent contractors without notification or would make appointments and nobody shows etc. When our tenancy began to be managed by Anthony Lettings after the flat was sold to a new landlord, the difference was immediate. Very fast at responding, great and making appointments and keeping us up to date etc. Lovely people too, we communicated with Gemma, Linda and Stavros.
