GoogleWe have worked with Luke @ Antony Lettings for a couple of years now. Both finding a house rental and moving out of a rental. Luke has been extremely friendly, helpful and all round just great in helping us find a property. I would highly recommend him as an estate agent and highly recommend Antony lettings.
Thanks Megan! Glad to hear you have had a positive experience with both the move in and the check out.

GoogleI’ve been dealing with Anthony Lettings for years, and they’ve always been outstanding. Recently, Jamie and Gem handled the letting of my property, and as always, the service was first-class. Every time I go in, it’s great to see friendly faces like Linda and Marc, who are always there to offer help and advice when needed. Couldn’t recommend this firm enough truly a pleasure to deal with every time.

GoogleLuke, the lettings consultant was extremely helpful throughout the process in which we were considering renting a property through Anthony lettings. He was down to earth and made the process feel stressfree. He was quick and efficient with answering all questions. And was really welcoming when we went to view the property. I would definitely recommend using Luke in the future. If anyone is considering renting a property. I would also like to say a big thank you to everyone at Anthony lettings for all of the help they have provided us with through the process, and now as tenants! Sally and Joanne in the maintenance team have been an excellent help when it comes to any issues that have risen, especially today ensuring that a solution was put in place within just a few hours. There is excellent professionalism and communication all round. I’m so glad we chose Anthony lettings!

GoogleIt is my absolute please to recommend Anthony Lettings to anyone looking for their next property. The team are lovely, hard working and respectful at all times. Any questions or issues are always resolved in good time, and my renting experience so far has been excellent from the very first point of arranging the viewing, to being a tenant of almost 6 months with them. Notice is given for inspection, and when I had a slight issue it was resolved promptly on the phone and all admin to do with your move in is dealt with efficiently. I also want to mention Sally, as she was brilliant when my fridge stopped working. Was on the case arranging my replacement and keeping me up to date, and the turnaround was incredibly fast especially at a stressful time of year - the week before Christmas! Thank you SO much! Lovely and professional lady. As previous companies I have used sometimes lack good communication skills or are unorganized due to the high stress in this industry, I can only say that Anthony Lettings are a breath of fresh air, and I am very grateful to have stumbled upon their listing. To the team I would like to say a huge thank you, and to keep up your wonderful service! :)

GoogleI am 6 months into a 2 year tenancy through Anthony Lettings and it has been refreshing to have such a wonderful agency to deal with. From viewing to now they have been professional, attentive and most importantly friendly. I have had a few maintenance issues which is normal with any rental, and their approach to dealing with these has only gone to show how efficient, considerate and brilliant at communication they are. Furthermore suffering with Anxiety can be tough when you have repairs that arent straight forward as you worry more than most. Sally has been an absolute hero of mine helping me get a leak repaired and has gone way above and beyond to support me. I cannot praise you and the wider team enough, thank you so much!

I have never had any problem with tenants, rent or them getting any repairs carried out when needed at a reasonable price. They keep me fully informed on issues and make being a landlord completely stress free.

GoogleLinda and team have provided us with excellent letting support for a number of years - plus recently acted as our agent for a tricky sale through to completion. Highly recommend both aspects of their business, and they are all so pleasant to deal with.

GoogleIf there was a no star rating I would use it for this review. Unproffesional, and shows total disinterest If you want a nightmare Tenant, rock up to A Lettings. No communication, unable to interpret emails, and send sensible reply, or none at all....or communicate with Landlord. Ignore Police attendances, incident reports, attached to above tenants... Really, yes really, would advise giving them a wide berth, especially if you want a stress free, life. Pay fees, but we will not, do anything conductive for you just tell total fabricated stories, and let your tenants totally ignore Lease..on flat let the nightmare tenants, run amoke........ Totally a waste of time, but who is being paid..?. Disgraceful and no more words,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Other Agents are available in Hertford,,,Blooming usless..........

GoogleI rented a property through Anthony Lettings. I found the staff are all very helpful. On the occasions when the oil boiler stopped working they were very responsive and got it fixed as soon as possible Unlike other letting agencies they did not just take the landlords side when there where issue, they tried to get a fair outcome for both parties. I cannot thank them all enough especially Linda. I highly recommend them
