I would highly recommend letting your property from ARQ Homes. Their knowledge of the lettings process is thorough and meticulous leaving both landlord and tenant assured of all the technicalities. From start to finish, their advice helps make sure your property is compliant against local and legal requirements. Dealing with Ali was incredibly smooth. He has excellent knowledge and puts himself in your shoes. His regular updates were assuring and he always had an answer for any potential hurdle. Ali is a real credit to ARQ Homes.

Dear team , Every one we meet is part of our journey, some give care and time and that turns to be a blessing And the sweetest blessing is none other than Mr Abdul The amount of hassle we had can’t be expressed in words ,however Mr Abdul cleared it very nicely he kept investigating why and where is the delay in chain and he put his immensibe experience and effort and got it out of the way . It’s easy to say rather done .He’s just amazing. Even my Mortage agent simply said Mr Abdul ::: “”He don’t need explanation for who he is “” I am overwhelmingly grateful for everything ARQ and specially Mr Abdul, has given us last year 2024 ,I only reached this point in my life because of all the support and knowledge and effort Mr Abdul put in my Mortage (my home )he was with us throughout our very long long long journey. His valuable skills in resourcing ,managing the project is just the best . He is a distinguished man with discipline and integrity . In past they even helped me in renting, since 2017 I am with ARQ and now I got my home with them in 2024 and I am definitely gonna be with Abdul all throughout my life and will keep using his services. My parents and my whole family is really grateful for the help . All through the journey he was calm and very very professional All of you ARQ and specially Mr Abdul are my extended family and I APPRECIATE you all from the bottom of my heart, I pray almighty Allaha will shower his blessings and Mr Abdul flourish in his career May he grant him the best of the best as he is the best 😊☺️ Highly recommend them . Abdul and the rest of the ARQ team were exceptional from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very efficient and always got back to us promptly, sometimes even out of hours, and if we needed anything chasing they were on the case straight away. This was great as amidst all the stress when selling a house, it was good to know that they were as committed to getting things done as we were. When we first put the house up for sale in mid-September, we expressed our hopes of selling and moving before Christmas. This did not phase Abdul as he was confident that this could be achieved; we ended up completing in early December which we were really pleased about. We would highly recommended ARQ Homes for selling a property, the personal level of service we received was excellent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I'm writing this review as a credit to Abdul who plays an active role and is a great asset to the community. He has a great dedication to volunteer and charity work and goes out of his way to help people. I can only imagine he has the same attitude in his work at ARQ. Being from area he has a lot of local knowledge and I wish I knew about ARQ homes before being involved in the property market as I would have been in much better hands than the estate agent I was dealing with. He has top energy for his local community and the good reputation he has has been well earned.

My review with ARQ Homes is a positive one. In the one week I spent there. I learnt a lot about the cooperate life which amazes me, a example of this is a team sets a lot of goals in such as short amount of time and they all collectively work with each other and motivate each other, this has really inspired me as well. Abdul who is the boss is a very hardworking and humble person who is great at his job. He taught me all about the work life and how everything you want in life is determined by the work you put in. Rounding off, this was a great opportunity for me to taste the cooperate lifestyle. I've learnt a lot and I will use the skills in my future life.

Thank you ARQ - I am very happy with the service. I would 100% recommend for renters. Easy to contact, explain everything in detail and have answered my questions. Genuinely helpful and at all times polite and respectful. Honestly by far the best lettings team that I have come across in London… and I have been renting for more than 10 years!

I would like to say a big thank you to ARQ home especially Iqbal and Trishian. They have been very helpful and supportive throughout the process of buying and selling my property. They have keep me up to date with everything. They have work round my schedule when it's come to clients viewing the property. They have given me a great deal of respect, valued me as a customer. One of their core value is "Reputation build on trust". They really mean it. I trust the team and their judgement because they are honest. People always say when buying and selling house can be very stressful, that's trust. But let me tell you when you have Iqbal and Trishian dealing with your property it's very smooth and they will always reassure you and give you honest and genuine advice throughout the process. They got experience in the game. I will definitely recommend ARQ Home to family and friend. I will give a 5 star +++++ to the service provided to me.

I know Abs personally and the guys in the office. However this review is for him and the charity/ community work that he does and not the property side. We’re writing this review as a company that ARQ Homes hired for a community charity event. It’s amazing to be part of ARQs commitment to the community by organising and facilitating these amazing events targeted at raising money for wonderful causes. What was so clear at their charity event is their relationships with the local community, they put on a fun event and they created an amazing atmosphere for children and adults! He has just contacted us again, for the Richard House Hospice summer fete in July 2022. I am leaving this review as you, their readers, really need to know what he’s like. I hope you join us at the next event!

It would be an understatement to say that ARQ and Abdul go above and beyond with all their clients and supporters. Abdul has done so much for the local community and I see this with his unwavering support for Richard House Children's Hospice. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Abdul and I couldn’t speak more highly of both Abdul and ARQ.

What a fantastic setup ARQ Homes have. ARQ managed our rental property finding model tenants. The years that the team at ARQ managed our property were without fault. Regular checks were carried out with feedback given. The years passed and we decided to sell the property which is where the ARQ really came into their own. What an HONEST and HELPFUL team they are. Imran can be singled out as being our go to man for facilitating the sale, he worked hard finding us a buyer and doing his utmost to ensure the sale went ahead despite COVID. Newham Council unfortunately seemed quite the opposite, not responding to requests/emails despite us explaining our financial strains with having the property vacant and us being concerned about losing our sale due to the delays caused by no one except Newham Council. I have several emails from my solicitors with dates stating the communications sent to newham with no response. Newham council and its employees have always been a disgrace from our 20 years of dealings with them. Im unsure what goes on behind closed doors and how they all justify their pay packets but efficient they are not. If you're selling a property in Newham you have my deepest sympathy, please prepare for a long and frustrating time. Had it not been for all the guys at ARQ along with my solicitors not being proactive I feel it could have taken months longer than it did. A last word on ARQ, every interaction over the years has been positive and helpful. I couldnt think of a bad word to say about the company or the employees working there. If you're considering letting your property or selling it please dont overlook ARQ, forget the chains/big names and support local business, plus, they deserve it! Thank you ARQ HomesPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I've known Abdul since we were at school together and his work-ethic and attention to detail is unsurpassed. These are the attributes his customers benefit from. ARQ also supported our charity, Save One Life, during our Palestinian Emergency Appeal and other charitable causes. They care about those less fortunate and it is not just about the business. Genuinely lovely, caring and upfront and honest team. One of those local community businesses that have withstood the growth of high-street chains because they provide they give that extra level of care and attention to their people.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Have been with many other estate agents too but ARQ has to be one of the best. I would highly recommend them; they are always on time and always prepared. They are also honest and look out for your best interests. The communication from the team is always quick and they are always happy to help.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
