I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Martyn Gerrard for the excellent assistance provided throughout our rental process. We have rented through Martyn Gerrard before (2021) and the team was very helpful. This time, I noticed improvements in the customer experience, particularly the use of WhatsApp messages to make communication smoother and faster. As we are often at work and unable to take phone calls, being able to communicate via WhatsApp made the process much more convenient. Zak helped us at the beginning by gathering our details and starting the referencing process. Everything was handled via WhatsApp, and he was always quick to respond, professional, and polite. After that, our case was handed over to Alexia, who assisted us with the referencing process. She was also very helpful, quick to respond, and professional throughout the process. Both ZAK and ALEXIA were amazing. They made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and smooth. Thank you both, we really appreciate all your help. As this is the second time we have rented through Martyn Gerrard, I can confidently recommend them. They are highly professional and provide excellent customer service.

We've just exchanged on a property purchase in East Finchley with Sam Rosenthal at Martyn Gerrard, and he was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. We were pretty naïve to the process of buying a property, so we had a lot of questions and requests over the last few months. Sam was always responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had the information we needed. He even visited the property a number of times in our absence to take photos and speak to neighbours to help answer some of our more complicated questions, as we live some distance away. We bought a property for which Martyn Gerrard East Finchley was the estate agent. It was a complicated property transaction due to a chain. The staff, in particular Andreas Papazacharia, were helpful, polite and understanding at all points of the process. Andreas helped us chase freeholders and solicitors at time when our own solicitors did not. His hard work and dedication got the deal over the line. It is my first time renting out my house and I have been incredibly impressed with the team at MG in E Finchley. Sophie was immediately on the front foot and talked me carefully through the whole process and answered any questions I had. I do not believe any positive feedback here. We communicated with this team for a year and a half and had only very negative impressions. They don't tell all the information to the client and cheated us out of more than £500 from the start, forcing us to take the keys when the apartment was not ready to move in. We were able to move in only after two weeks when they did the necessary repairs. They do not respond to letters and calls and have to write 3-4 requests until they give a completely unprofessional answer. We asked for a change of agent as Sophie was extremely incompetent, but it just got worse. I do not recommend anyone to contact this agency. They despise their customers.
