GoogleMyself and my partner had a great experience recently letting through Martyn Gerrard, our agent was Lyle Morgan who was extremely helpful and responsive, and we managed to secure our flat very quickly. Lyle helped us throughout the process and kept us informed which really put us at ease.

GoogleTerrible agency, would not recommend. They are only interested in serving the landlord and have no interest in or concern for tenant's rights or experience. Really unsupportive when we encountered issues with our dodgy landlord - one of the team even shouted at me abusively down the phone!

The Trusted AgentHouse purchase in East Finchley
We have been looking for a house in East Finchley with very specific location and criteria. Dario understood the brief, listened and found a property. Dario did a great job chasing up the parties including ourselves to get to completion and managing the chain. We were very happy with Dario.

GoogleBought and sold with Martyn Gerrard during my time in N2. On each occasion, I was really impressed with their market knowledge, professionalism and ability to get things done.
4/5
GoogleWould recommend for their quick, friendly and efficient service. They listened, like really listened, to what we wanted and found us the right places to view first time. Once we'd signed, service was a little perfunctory, but more importantly still efficient and everything right first time. Rare!

GoogleApplied to rent a 2 bed flat and the landlord absolutely loved to have me as a tenant, paid the holding deposit for around £350. Unfortunately the referencing company couldn't pass me after I jumped through several hoops to make it happen …
