GoogleWorking with Jenna on buying our new house has been a really positive experience. Her communication is fantastic and we find her extremely helpful. It's not been a straightforward process through no fault of Martyn Gerards, but at every road block we have found Jenna to be solution focused, responsive and supportive. Were we to sell in the future we would not hesitate in using Martyn Gerrards. Would highly recommend!

Thank you for sorting out the renewal of the tenancy on my house. The whole process was very smoothly conducted, even when there were small changes needed to complete the agreement, these seemed never to be a problem for you. It was always an absolute delight to talk to you and even though a reduction in the fee was not possible, you made this fact somewhat more palatable Hope this is ok. Cheers Richard.

Although we were working with one professional, we knew everyone and they knew us. Good advice and negotiation training were thrown in too.They provided a perfect blend of the professional and the personal by turning up one evening, after closing time with flowers following a bereavement in our family.
